The external version was a success. My dr. is Dr. Roth on the left & his partner Dr. Barton on the right. Now we just play the waiting game like every normal pregnancy. I am a little bit sore but much more comfortable. I can actually breathe now.

Hello All!

This the second time I am having to write this because somehow I lost my other entry. So I am not sure how good this one is going to be. We finally moved in our new house at the end of September & it seems that things have been kind of crazy since then. Homeownership brings a lot of responsibility & time. Aaron has been spending most of his spare time trying to get the yard winterized. I don't think that he is going to get everything done before the snowfalls but at least that gives him something to look forward to doing in the spring! Reese has also loved having the yard & working outside with her dad. I am sure that she gets in his way more than helping but he is still really good about taking her outside with him when he is working in the yard. She still loves to eat dirt or whatever her little hands kind find.

I am still working on trying to get the inside put together but I am finding that between keeping up with Reese & being 8 months pregnant it is all I can do to barely get my regular household chores done let alone fun projects like painting or whatnot. My mother-in-law is on furniture duty by her own appointment. She is bound & determined to help me furnish my house. I think that she has already contributed more than she should have but I am grateful for her thoughtfulness. She often calls me when she is out & about & tells me about something that she has found for the house. She has also been so helpful in watching Reese for me to give me some breaks. Reese has really taken to Grama's house & feels completely comfortable there unfortunately for Grama but they still have a good time.

Reese is growing up so fast & it both amazes me & frustrates me at the same time. She has the selective hearing thing down pat. However, it is the "waller cheese" that gets me over those moments & I just have to laugh at her. She is also picking up new words all the time but I think I am the only one that knows what she is talking about half the time...I guess that comes from spending all day with her. Her "daddy" & "doggie" sound a lot a like so you have to be careful how you interpret. No matter what though....she is still a daddy's girl.

Our due date is coming up fast & I am getting excited about having another little girl around. I am not sure how exactly Reese is going to take to sharing her mom but I guess that means that Aaron is going to have to spend more time with her to help her adjust. We are about 4-1/2 weeks away & I have started to go through my baby stuff.....doing the nesting thing.

Gran has also been here in SLC for the last few weeks. She spent a week with us & then went up to Bob & Bonny's for a week (I think she was glad for the peace & quiet.....a rest from Reese....although she did say that she missed her Dr. Pepper). She is currently with Alisha in Boise but will come back to spend a few more days with us before she heads back East. What a special time is has been for me to she her with her Great-Grandbabies. They all love & adore her so much & we all can easily understand why. It has been a precious & memorable time for us. I love her dearly.

Halloween also came & went. Reese has a great time & was really upset when it was time to take off her costume. She loves to be the center of attention. She also got the trick-or-treating thing down real quick. "Knock, look cute, get the loot & move on". She was fun.

Hope things are well with all of our dear family & friends. Until next time....

The New House

Many of you may have noticed that I posted some pictures of the house we are currently in the process of buying. We are set to close next week & can move in 48 hours later. We are very excited to finally have some space to spread out again.....living out of a suitcase for 4 months has been a bit difficult but we really appreciate Aaron's sister & her husband's hospitality. They have been so awesome. We are really going to miss seeing them. In fact, I think that Reese is going to have some withdrawal of some sort. She really loves Connie & Neal & you can tell they love her. I am sure they are excited to get their space back & some peace & quiet.















We have been busy these last few weeks of summer.....Aaron & I took the wave runner out to the lake & had a great time, we went to the cabin this last weeked so Aaron could put an extension on the deck but mostly Aaron has been working a lot of extra jobs to pick up some extra cash which has been so helpful. He has been installing wood floors & although it is hard work he says that the more he does it the better he gets & that makes it go faster.





Reese has been growing up a lot lately too. I can't believe how much she has learned in such a short time. Her favorite word right now is "Daddy". She says is so good. In fact, the other day we were at Home Depot & lost Aaron, so Reese stands up in the basket & starts yelling at the top of her lungs....."Daddy, Daddy". I think everyone got a kick out of her. Aaron taught Reese how to use the throttle on the 4-wheeler over the weekend & boy, was she excited about that. She wouldn't let him put his hand there after that. SHE wanted to drive. She also helped him build the deck. She handed out screws to everyone & picked up the extra wood pieces & threw them in the wood box. She watched them use the power drills & kept trying to use them but she couldn't even pick them up. She was totally in heaven working with the boys. Let's see....what else does she say...Mom, dog, shoes, cheese, kitty, & p-u (with the added plugging her nose). She is really so much fun right now. I am so glad that I get to be with her all day long.

I am doing well as far as my pregnancy goes. I am about 28 weeks pregnant...so about 3 months to go. The baby is a mover & kicker...she is much more active than Reese which concerns me a little. I think that she is going to be bigger than Reese was too....or at least that is what I am hoping the scale is telling me. That it is her that is heavy & not me.

I guess that is all for now. I will try to update again after we move into the new house. Yipee!!
