Valentine's Day

We had a wonderful Valentine's Day at our house. Thank you Grandma Sharon for the cute little matching shirts. In the morning we were able to have a little Valentine's party with some of the boys friends. Madden loved handing out the treats to each of them. Rustin is an equal opportunity candy eater. However, Madden definitely had some favorites. He loved the SweetTart hearts and Fun Dip.

Bryan was out of town on business for most the week leading up to Monday. Madden was so excited to be able to pick Daddy up from the airport that he would not take a nap. Once we arrived at the airport, it was all about the escalators. They have remodeled the portion of the airport we were in, it was rather confusing. Madden was happy to be able to ride about 7 different escalators. Finally, we saw Bryan coming. Red took off in a dead sprint to be able to catch up to DADDY.

25 Weeks Pregnant

Rustin.. Need I Say More!!

Rustin has been fighting a cold for about the last three weeks and finally in the last couple of days no longer has the 'booger face.' He has returned back to his normal HAPPY self.

I love the phase he is in right now and hate it all at the same time. He wants to be big like Madden, but Madden wants no part of it. Rustin has figured out how to climb over the last few months. We have no need for a gate on the stairs. I have a friend always willing to help load or unload the dishes while standing on the dishwasher. The latest feat is climbing on top of our bar height table. I blink and he has figured out a new trick.

He loves to stand up, but has no desire to walk on his own. Rustin loves to walk around the house holding onto your fingers. However, when you are done he screams because he wants to keep going.

I love how he is starting to say words and he will yell at Madden as if Madden can understand every word he is saying. Madden will say, "Mom, what is Rustin saying to me?"

Rustin LOVES to giggle and is happy most of the time. He makes a thousand different faces. I love to get the camera out because I know Rustin will start posing most of the time.
