December update #2

December was a busy but fun month.

Ephram turned 3 months.  Doesn't he look excited?!

Amelie and Ephram played together a lot.

Amelie insisted we all wear hats.  It's a perfect fit.

We did 12 days of Christmas for our neighbors, leaving secret goodies on their door steps each night (well almost) and a piece of the nativity for them.  We would then knock and hide and wait for them to find their special treat.

We went to the Farm for their Christmas party.  We decorated cookies with Mrs. Clause, listened to music, ate hot dogs, made s'mores and even went on a hay ride.  Oh and there was Santa too, but he scared Amelie.

We attended a Christmas party that some friends threw and Amelie showed off her dance moves al night long.  This girl could not get enough dancing!  

Amelie, Ben and even Ephram all got sick with a 8 hour stomach bug.  Amelie went through 3 outfits that night and watched a lot of tv, throwing up every 30 minutes to an hour.  She was a trooper and made it through though.

The Many Faces of Ben

Welcome to the one month beard.  Ben grew this during the month of November.  So when December came around it was time to shave it off.  He HATES facial hair.  He HATES shaving.  It's a lose-lose situation.  Per my request, he cut it off in phases.  However he forgot my last request of a hitler 'stache, but oh well.  There is always next year. 

And yes he did wear the mustache to the ward Christmas party.

Since I try not t o post in December, I now need to catch up!

We decorated the tree and both kids loved seeing and playing with all the ornaments.  As seems to be tradition, Amelie broke one while playing with it (complete accident) and I broke one too.  Boo!

The one she broke is salvageable, mine is not.  :(
