Iphone photo dump

Since I got my new phone I have been posting pictures on Facebook and instagram from my phone.  Here are some from June, I print this blog into a book like a photo album so I want to pictures in print, even if they aren’t the best quality.

 Our favorite thing to do this summer, go to Quicktrip as a family and get icees.  Lily even gets to sneak a few sips out of mine.  Andrew loves mixing different flavors and colors.

 Cousins enjoying rainbow snow cones.  On Facebook someone commented that this picture looks like Hayley and Bobby as kids.  I didn’t know them then, but I have a feeling Andrew and Bobby act very similar.

On Sunday morning I realized that the kids had outfits that coordinated really well.  Andrew has almost outgrown the shirts so I wanted to capture a picture of their cuteness.  I tried before church and I couldn’t get a good one.

Jep, no Jenny

 A few weeks ago Andrew named Lily’s baby doll, Jep.  I have no idea where he got that name from but it stuck and then Lily started saying the name Jep.  So I quickly intervened and named the baby Jenny.  Then every time I would call her Jenny, Andrew would yell “no it is Jep!”  I finally convinced him to call the baby’s teddy bear Jep and the baby Jenny.  This has stuck and Lily loves to say “bay bay"

 Lily has really gotten interested in caring for her baby.  She has been playing with it daily around the house.

Last Week Recap

Here are a bunch of random pictures I took last week.

 Lily’s first pony tail.  She was sick with a fever but was rocking cool hair.

 Lily thinks she is 3 years old!  She has 5 and half teeth and always wants to eat raw carrots with Andrew and will scream and beg for one.  Last week I let her eat them with him.  She loves them and uses her few teeth to actually eat some of it, but mainly walked around the house with a smile on her face because she had one too.

 Andrew went to his 1st dentist appointment and did so well.  He was such a big boy letting them do everything in his mouth including X-rays.  He had no cavities and the dentist said to start saving $$ that it looks like Andrew will be needing braces.  He got to pick out a new Thomas the Train toy as his reward for great behavior at the dentist.  He chose Cranky the Crane and he has played with Cranky every day since and Cranky often sleeps with Andrew in bed.  I am proud of Andrew because we went to Toyrus for Cranky and he was content and happy leaving with only 1 toy!

 Too cute for words.  So Lily thinks she is 3 years old and that every thing Andrew does is super cool.  Andrew was wearing his hat one day last week and Lily had to get her hands on it.

She was so proud for the few minuets that Andrew let her wear his hat.  Lily is quite the little sister, keeping Andrew on his toes always wanting to join him in the fun.

 Andrew turned 3.5 this week.  He is so big now!  He is full of energy, talks nonstop and is so much fun to hangout with.

 He paused for a second and kinda smiled for me to take a picture of my handsome boy.  He loves trains, will sit and play for up to 30 min. on a activity if he really likes it.  He no longer naps but has “rest time”  He loves french fries and raw veggies and salad with ranch dressing.  He will never turn down a glass of juice or a bowl of ice cream.  He loves pretzels and chips, and seems to have more of a preference for salty rather than sweet. His favorite color is blue and purple is next.  He refuses to use a pink napkin or bowl because he is a boy!

He is a excellent big brother.  He loves to boss or shout commands at Lily or Decker.  He loves wearing a shirt at all times but pants and shoes are optional.  He loves soft fuzzy blankets and still sleeps with his white blanket he has had since birth.

I always ask Drew to kiss Lily when I am taking pictures.  Lily expression is funny.

It is hard to believe that he is on his way to turn 4 years old.  Andrew is such a blessing and it has been soooo fun watching him discover the world we live in.

16 month Sweetheart

 Lily turned 16 months old this week. She is enjoying summer and loves to go outside any chance she can get.  She thinks she can do anything Andrew can do.

She loves to be ticked and play with balls and trains.  Today I tried to play dolls with her, she got a little interested when Andrew played along with me.  She still lets me dress her up like a little doll.

Lily has grown up a lot this month, she now will go to the childcare area at the gym and not cry at all (according to Andrew) and she is calming down quicker in the church nursery.  Her hair is now starting to get little tangles in it.  She still doesn’t not like bath time.  Lily is still a momma’s girl, often wanting to be carried around the house by me, just to be close me and she loves to sit in my lap for long periods of time.  Her favorite activity is doing whatever Andrew is doing.  It is hard to believe that 18 months is quickly approaching.
