【EN】 Walking Into Myself

Walking is not just movement.
For me, it is an act of remembering a body I once had but somehow forgot.
A return to a way of being that feels older than my name,
older than the life I call “mine.”
I began walking seriously for the sake of yoga and weight loss,
but somewhere along the way, the purpose dissolved.
What remained was an awareness—
a quiet, persistent voice that said:
“Your body already knows the way.”
I learned to let my eyes soften,
to rest my gaze on nothing in particular.
I learned to land on my heels like people did long ago,
to let gravity carry me instead of resisting it.
I learned how the knees can move like water
when I listen instead of command.
And slowly,
the world around me began to shift.
When I walk now,
I am not moving forward—
I am returning inward.
Each step brings me closer to a silent place inside,
a place that does not worry,
does not hurry,
does not break.
A place that simply is.
Sometimes I think I’m trying to reach the Fifth Dimension,
but then I realize:
maybe it’s the other way around.
Maybe the Fifth Dimension has been trying to reach me—
through breath,
through posture,
through the quiet alignment of bone and intention.
Walking has become my dialogue with that unseen guidance.
My spine lengthens.
My ribs widen.
My pelvic floor answers like a distant echo.
The energy rises—not violently, but with purpose—
as if my body remembers a choreography from another lifetime.
When I walk, I meet myself.
Not the self made of memories and opinions,
but the self made of silence and light.
And each time,
I think:
“Ah… I am finally home.”
