During the last school holidays C invited some of her friends over for a scrap booking day !! Slowly but surely she is turning them all into scrap booking fans !!!

All in all it was a good day but I think 6 kids under the one roof was a little too much for me to handle at one time !!! Although the girls all did have a great time and created some great pages. We will see how we go the next holidays !!!

Happy Easter everyone !!

This weekend has been pretty busy in the Moore house. First stop was an Easter egg hunt and fun day in Kiama followed by a lovely dinner for Sandy's birthday then Sunday was of course Easter morning with the kids enjoying a wonderful chocolate breakfast then a visit to Grandma for more eggs !!!!!

The egg hunt was so funny to watch. The kids didn't know where to go. The ladies in the middle would throw some eggs and the kids would swarm for the eggs. Except for mine !!! Then they would walk like a flock of sheep to the next lot !! E ended up with 5 eggs on her own and C came back with 3 cause she complained about the other kids being to rough. Funny thing was that C wanted to go in with the next group because there weren't so many kids but I pointed out that they would be a lot rougher so that changed her mind real quick !!!

Dr Fruit Loop. All money from the day went to the "doctors" that help kids have some fun while in hospital.

So that has been our Easter weekend. Sorry there aren't any pictures from Sandy's birthday dinner or the kids looking for eggs. They were so quick getting the eggs in Kiama and at home that I didn't get a chance. Plus both girls were lost at the Kiama egg hunt. But a great weekend has been had.

Easter Hat Parade

Well it's that time of the year again when feathers fly and chicks come out to play !! Easter Hat Parade time !!!

With E being in Kinder it was her first official parade. Of course she has been in numerous ones at preschool and has even been in the school parade before with C but this was her first real school parade. To say that she was excited was an understatement. The hat was created at home last weekend and has been in safe keeping since.

C wasn't going to miss out so went to school with these cute ears !!

So once the hats had been finished off in class it was time for mum to grab her seat and watch them all parade around and see if E would participate in the dancing. I say this because when C was in Kinder she did not move a muscle. No matter what the teacher said or did C was not dancing !!!

No need to worry though. E was more than happy to get in and have a go although the first partner she had was channeling C !!! He just stood there with his arms crossed. Thank goodness the teacher saw this and changed partners.

What a fantastic day watching the kids parade around so proudly with their Easter hats and having a great time dancing. They all did a great job !! Unfortunately we didn't come home with any of the Easter baskets from the raffle. Oh well better luck next year !!!

After the parade the kids went back to the classroom. What a huge surprise they all got when they discovered that the Easter Bunny has been by and left them all some Easter Eggs !!!

Now the countdown is on for another visit from the big Bunny on Saturday night.
