I was on time, everyone was ready to go, we were walking out the door to go eat dinner with some of my friends. In the meantime, Ella had decided she needed to water the flowers so as I was walking out the door I found her outside.... soaking wet.  As always, we were late.

All bloodwork came back great, vision came back great (EG was 20/30 in one eye), and hearing came back great!  I am one blessed mama.  All girls were laughing at each other as the nurses came in to take their blood.  It was all fun until ERB had to get her shots. For some reason this was different than bloodwork and the mood changed!  When it was over, we went to "Chicken Lay,"  Ella's pick, and celebrated.

South Caraway VBS 2012

Our VBS is one of my favorite things about our church.  Everyone is so happy and works so well together.  It is a week of fun fellowship and the kids have a blast too :)  This year we had 126 kids, which is double what we had 2 year ago.  I even took a pie in the face for a great cause.  Check our our brand new building!  We filled the stage the first year.  Can't wait to see it in years to come :)

Grinnin 10 weeks

Grinnin Barrett  10 weeks old.  Has doubled her weight since we got her.  Now weighs 15  pounds.

Fire Away

Andrew and Sarah came in for the weekend and the boys (Adam, Andrew and Burt) were going shooting at Dad's for the afternoon.  Mom kept the girls so I joined them, like old times.  That's what you do when you grow up with 3 brothers.  We shot about 7 different guns.  It was a blast! :)

 Watch Out!!!!  ha.  We were all posing for this picture and out of nowhere, Andrew started firing away...  Almost as big of a shocker as to who shot down the most targets (cans off a tree).  Ask the boys!!! :)  Fun times!
