September 21!

Trev's b-day! We sure do love our Trevor/Dada/Babe! He's a good one, even though he's getting good and old! :) We are so grateful for all this man does for us, he literally works his butt off for us! We really do appreciate it, even though sometimes we don't show it!
Trevor wanted to celebrate up at The Ranch! SO we conned my dad into making us dutch oven and hung out in the wind all day! Despite the tornado it was a lot of fun! :)

& to show our love to him we got more pictures of those he loves than him! :) haha My bad!

We really do love you so much Trev! Thanks for being such a hardworking, kind hearted, hilarious, amazing man!

a parable

I was watching my little K-man play the other day and was so impressed! I wished so bad that I could be more like him!

 He wanted to ride the tractor down the hill, so me being the awesome mom I am was like sure why not! :) It wasn't long until he rode right off onto the side of the road!

He tried his hardest to get unstuck! 

and never managed to get that way...

 but he had a smile on his face the entire time! 

and in the end asked mom for a little help!

I need to not give up so easily, I need to learn to keep going when I feel like I'm stuck! and more importantly I need to ask my mom for help! haha but really not just my mom but everyone around me and more importantly my Heavenly Father! 

& the key is to keep a smile on my face! :)

a weekend well spent...

We spent the weekend in Oak City with the Styler Clan! We love any time we can hang out with these guys. It was very relaxing. We were outside 99% of the time enjoying PERFECT weather! It was an awesome weekend.
