Christmas Day!

Koleman was quite excited to see that Santa had found him! Actually I'm pretty sure he was excited just because Trev was freaking out! haha Santa brought Koleman an early Christmas present which is a big boy car seat! So he just had his stocking to look through and a few boxes of clothes to unwrap! Papa and Grandma T didn't disappoint though and gave him a toy that he absolutely loves and lots of books! I figured he would want to play with the wrapping paper and boxes but he would actually throw the wrapping paper aside and start opening the box to see what was in it, then he would play with whatever was in the box. (which is what is supposed to happen haha but I didn't think a 9 month old would do that)I can say Koleman's first Christmas was a success! We all loved it and were sad to see the day come to an end!

I was glad we got through most of Christmas without him being sick, but it was still sad he had to be sick the rest of the day, and the day after. He is feeling better now though..

Playing the name game with everyone Christmas night. This game was hilarious to play with my grandparents. They were forgetting what name they'd wrote down, accidentally saying what name they were , and lots of other very entertaining things happened! .. Good times!

Christmas Eve

Koleman and I rode up with my brother Shad and his family to Enterprise early Christmas Eve morning. Trev had to work until 4 and we didn't want to sit at home alone all day so we went up to help my mom get everything ready for the big party that night.
That night we had Lucky Loaf and Funeral Potatoes (pretty much delishiousness)! Papa Terry got out his guitar and we all sang Christmas carols, then we all said goodnight so Santa could come find us. He had to make an extra trip or two around the world waiting for Koleman to get to sleep, but finally at 4 am he slept for 4 hrs so he could come bring K man his goodies!

Christmas Eve Eve

We opened up presents from Trev's parents on Christmas Eve Eve! They spoiled us like always, and Koleman was hilarious. We happened to open up the cute vest and chaps first so he wore those around opening all of his gifts it was priceless watching him try to crawl in his get up, but he managed!




What will he ever do with all these toys?!?!?!

The most AMAZING Christmas show...

We went to my Niece Maci's Christmas show on Monday. She performs at Diamond Talent, and they put on the most AMAZING Christmas show! It has become a tradition to go every year. If you are not in the Christmas spirit by the time the show is over something is seriously wrong with you! Maci is in more and more of the show every year. It's so much fun to watch her dance and sing. She was a way good voice! She def. can do more than just carry a tune!! Thanks for inviting us to the show Mace! We love you!

Koleman was SOO into the show! We were worried he was going to be a mess, and want to get down and move around, or just cry the entire time! But we were wrong! He sat on the edge of my lap the entire 2 1/2 hrs, watching, dancing, and clapping! It was SOO cute! I had to equally divide my time between watching him and the show!

New Tricks...

I have to make a mid month post because My Mr. Man has grown up SO much in the last few days! It's a good thing he understands the word No and Koleman(being said in a not so nice voice)! He does some pretty cute things that counter act the not so cute things!

He learned to clap his hands, and will clap every time we say "yay"
Says "mom" specifically to me
Pulls himself to a stand like a champ now. For a while it was just to things that were lower than him, now he pulls himself up on anything in sight.
Can crawl with his stomach off the ground, but still prefers his army crawl. ( he is getting so fast w/his army crawl, and can cover some serious ground with that bad boy)
Walks along furniture (he's getting really fast at doing this too)
He points his little chubby pointer finger to things he wants, it's super cute!

He was splashing so hard the other day in the bath tub! He'd splash like a wild man, stop and laugh, then clap his hands! haha He's crazy!

Tulsa, Ok

We went to Tulsa to visit My sister and her family! We spent 10 days there, and had SO much fun!! Koleman loved the airplane ride, and was such a good baby! Every airplane we would get off people would tell me what a good baby I have! He wasn't so good while at Kali's though. He wouldn't sleep at night and whined quite a bit because he's not used to having a boss and Cedi thought she could be his mom! It was way cute watching him and Cedi play when he was in the mood, and Charli is the cutest little baby! We are sad to have to leave, but it was good to get home to Trev!

Cedi LOVED to help feed Koleman! Eating soon became a game for Koleman, we had to go through a hard time right before we left teaching him not to spit his food everywhere each bite he took!

We went to Bass pro shop! This is sadly the only pic I got there. We looked at the big fish, and wondered around.


Cedi wanted to take Koleman to the zoo so bad, So we all went. I haven't been to a zoo since I was Cedi's age probably, so I liked it the most I think!








We went to the library and had breakfast with Santa. Cedi was so cute and told Santa everything she wanted, Koleman loved it and just tried to pull his beard the whole time, and Charli cried but stopped long enough for us to get a picture.





There was this thing called The Christmas Train that Kali had heard about and decided to take us too. It was in an old western town that they built 20 yrs ago, they had a Train ride that told the story of christs' life (a little differently), a sweet wagon ride, where cowboy's narrated the night before christmas, we got to visit the cutest, best, Santa Clause EVER, and lots of other sweet things! We all LOVED it!

I'm sorry for an extremely long post, but I couldn't leave anything out!! Now we just can't wait until Feb/March when Kali and the girls come to visit us!!! :)
