Merry Christmas Tyrel!

My brother Tyrel passed away 4 years ago last may. Christmas hasn't been the same since he died. Every year we decorate his headstone. He was always the one that helped my mom and dad put up the outside lights, so my mom puts up solar lights, and we put the same decorations my mom uses on her tree, on the garland we wrap around the headstone. I also have the same wreath hanging on my door that is on his headstone!We also top my parents tree with his cowboy hat, and put the Christmas in Heaven ornament on it. I always miss him so much more this time of year, but I'm glad I know that he is spending Christmas with Jesus.

I see the countless Christmas trees around the world below.
With tiny lights, like Heaven's stars, reflecting on the snow.
The sight is so spectacular, please wipe away that tear;
For I am spending Christmas with Jesus Christ this year.

I hear the many Christmas songs that people hold so dear.
But the sounds of music can't compare with the Christmas choir up here.
I have no words to tell you the joy their voices bring.
For it is beyond description to hear the angels sing.

I know how much you miss me, I see the pain inside your heart.
But I am not so far away, we really aren't apart.
I cannot tell you of the splendor or the peace inside this place
Can you imagine Christmas with our Savior, face to face?

I will ask him to light your spirit as I tell him of your love.
So then pray for one another as you lift your eyes above.
So be happy for me, dear ones, you know I hold you dear.
And be glad I'm spending Christmas with Jesus Christ this year.

It's Christmas....

This Saturday we went to Maci's christmas show. She dances with Diamond Talent and they put on an awesome Christmas show every year. Maci did so good, and the show really does help get you in the Christmas spirit. We loved it!!


On Sunday we went to the temple and looked at the christmas lights. It was so much fun to go to the temple together. I love being at the temple, especially this time of year!

Trip to Tulsa, OK!

I took a trip out to Tulsa to visit my sister Kali, Cedi and Jonathan this weekend. It was so much fun to see where they live, and get to spend some time with them! Cedi is getting so big, and so stinkin' cute! She was so much fun to play with. She warmed up to me really quick. I was so glad since i didn't have a ton of time there. I left on thurs. and got back yesterday. Anyways... we became pretty dang good buds pretty fast. She is hilarious. While i was cutting Kali's hair, Cedi had some pudding, it kept her pretty busy as you can tell by the first picture!:)She's so full of it! Kali and Jonathan had a work party to go to Friday night so I stayed home with Mercedi. We played and played and watched Little Einsteins. She even let me put her down, and she stayed asleep through the whole night. I was pretty proud of myself.:) On sat. me and Kali went shopping at the mall. It was so much fun to spend some time together, shopping!!! We found some really great deals, we are amazing at that!:) Then Sat. night we went to RUNTS for dinner it was delish. Sunday we went to church and just hung out. It's crazy that the church is true even in Tulsa haha. Cedi was so cute, after the prayers in sacrament she would scream "amen" haha she cracks me up! Monday we went shopping for a few things in the morning, then put up Kali's christmas decorations after meeting Jonathan for lunch. Then I headed home last night at five thirty. I left Cedi crying because i had given her some chapstick (my bad) and her mom took it away from her when i got out of the car. It was so sad to see her cry when I was leaving, I know she just wanted the chapstick, but it still made me feel SOO bad! I miss her already, but it is good to be home with Trevor. I missed him like crazy. Hopefully my next trip he comes with me! :)

Fun Thanksgiving Weekend...

We went up to Enterprise for Thanksgiving. It was so much fun to spend time with family! We pretty much just ate all weekend! :) My mom, Becki, Jeri and Me experienced BLACK FRIDAY this year! None of us really wanted anything to big. I wanted a bed set, but it took me forever to find them and once i finally did a lady was just picking up the last one :( We still had ALOT of fun just watching all of the people. They are crazy! They will do anything to get what they came for haha There was one point in wal mart where i got really closterphobic and i had to tear off my jacket and litterally push people out of my way to get out of the crowd. ( I guess that's what i get for going back to the electronics) It was all in all a pretty exciting fun day!! Trevor Spent the weekend calling coyotes with my dad and brothers! They even got one on friday!! :) Good job boys!! I'm so lucky that Trevor gets along so good with my dad and brothers! They have so much fun together, and i'm soo glad!

YAY for new pictures!!!

I've been wanting new pictures of me and Trevor for a while now. The only ones we have are our engagments and they are a year and a half old. So we needed some more updated ones. Trevor wouldn't budge and said we didn't need new pictures until we had a baby. But my friend Nicole and her boyfriend Danny said they would do it for us, and Trev was ok with that since he knew them. We had So much fun taking them, and they did an AWESOME job! Here is just a few of my favorites they aren't edited or anything yet, but they still look pretty dang good!!

New Furniture, Decorations!!

I recently bought an end table and coffee table from di, for $13!! They just needed a little work done too them. So we got some black spray paint from lowes and sand paper and went to work! They turned out soo good! I love them!

Dangerous Career!

So I found out today that my doing hair is actually dangerous!! A girl was leaving school and put her bag in her car, which had her shears in it. Her shears slipped out of the bag and as she jumped in her car they stabbed her leg!!

The cut was 4 in deep and 3 in wide! She can't walk for a month cuz it hit the bone and a nerve! I feel so bad for her!... To all you stylist out there! BE CAREFUL

Pheasant Hunt... Fun Family Weekend!!

Every year the the Styler family gets together for the pheasant hunt! This year I went hunting with them, and I even shot one!! It was so much fun walking through the fields scaring up the birds then when one would fly up 20 shot guns went off! Trevor was pretty proud of me for going with them, but he was very proud when he saw me holding the bird and his brothers shot gun! haha After the hunt we all met back at Uncle Mikes where aunt LuAnn made some awesome chilli and homeade donuts!! mmmm...




On Sunday Trevors Aunt ErmaKay cooked the pheasant and we all got together and had dinner! It was so good! It was a blast spending time with the Styler family they are such an awesome family! We love them very much.

SAN DIEGO

My brother in law Jonathan decided to suprise my sister Kali with a sister vacation for her birthday!! He sent us to San Diego for a weekend. We met there on thurs. oct 2 and went home on sun. oct 5! It was such an AWESOME trip!! We loved spending time together especially in CALI!!We did soo much in the short time we were there. The beach, shopping and FOOD!!! O and can't forget the pedi tour and the ferry ride to coronado island!!! AND the Tandem Bike!!! :) I have some pics that show all that we did!!! Thanks soo much Jonathan and Happy Birthday Kali!!

Happy Birthday Trev!!!

September 21 was Trevors 23rd birthday!!! We didn't do much on his birthday but he went camping that weekend with his dad and brothers and we went out to dinner on monday! Trevor is such and AMAZING husband!! He does so much for me! He has given me so much and I appreciate all that he does for me! He is so caring and is always doing stuff for other people! I absolutely love the constant smile that is always on his face! He is the best!!!!! I love you Trev!!!!

Corn Fest Weekend!

We had a very fun and eventful weekend! We went up to Enterprise on Friday night, and went to the cornfest on Saturday. We watched Shad and Jade play baseball all day sat. we went to the cornfest inbetween games. That night we all went to "corn stalk" which is the battle of the bands. It was so much fun! We made sure to entertain ourselves. Some of the bands were even kinda good this year. We came back on sat. night cuz we had church early on sunday! Little did i know we should've stayed in Enterprise for church because i got a calling, I'm the new Primary Chorister! I don't know if i should be excited or not about it. We went to a bbq at the Shafers house sunday night!...Very Fun!! and lots of good food. Then i went to Jordans bridal shower to conclude the weekend! wow!! Now were ready for another week!!!!!

WOW!!!!

So it has been forever since we've blogged!! We have been SOOO Busy!! Trevor just started a new job at Allconnect he loves it, and is doing really well with it! Im still going to school at Taylor Andrews...but for only 3 more months!! YAY!! We went to Enterprise for the 24th of July! I was able to rope in the rodeos. It was awesome! I took a first, second and third! It was so much fun to get back on my horse and rope again! Trevors brother Tom and his wife Amanda came down for the weekend. It was a ton of fun to spend time with them. We went out to dinner, swimmin and just sat around and made funny jokes haha! We love them so much and wish we could spend more time with them!! But other than that we are just hangin out livin and lovin life!!!!

Trip to Vegas for the NAHA

This past weekend I went down to Las Vegas with some girls from school! Taylor Andrews academy had the opportunity of having Eric Fisher, one of the best hair stylist in the world, come to the Vegas Taylor Andrews and taught a haircutting class! The class was AWESOME!! He gave us great advice, and did some very cool hair cuts! It was fun learning from the best! After the class a bunch of us went to Margaritaville and ate dinner. It was So much fun! We walked down the strip then called it a night at about two o clock sun. morning!!! The next day we hung out at the pool at Mandalay Bay then that night was the Naha!! Naha is the North American Hairstyling Awards! Hairstylist from all over enter their work into different catagories then 5 finalist are chosen and the winner is awarded at the show! It was So awesome to see the work that the stylist did, and mingle with the best of the best in the buisness! Thanks Taylor Andrews for all the opportunity you give us to become better!

Hair Show

Last week Taylor Andrews put on a hair show at the salt palace in Salt Lake! The TA schools from layton, west jordan, and st.george all participated! The theme of the show was music icons! Our segment was Madonna! We did the coreography, hair, costumes, and makeup for the models!! The show was a huge success and SOOOO much fun!

California Trip!

Two weekends ago Trevor and I went down to California! It was my birthday on the 21st and our anniversary on the 23rd! Trev served his mission in southern california so we decided it would be a good birthday/anniversary gift to go to cali and spend a weekend! We hung out on the beach ALOT!!, and we visited some of Trevs converts! It was a blast!!!
