St. George

This past weekend we enjoyed a wonderful time away in St. George at Jason's brother's boss's house (complicated, sorry). Jacque, Carson, and Megan met us their along with Steven, Stephanie, Christopher, and friends of Steven and Stephanie. It was glorious to spend time in warm weather. We went four-wheeling in the dunes where we almost died, ate a lot of good food, shopped, and enjoyed each others company! Not only was all that great, but so was the beautiful house we got to stay in! P.S. Please note the ridiculous sunglasses Jason found and his hot sunburnt face.

4-Wheelin'

So, me and Jason finally took his family four wheeler out last weekend and it was surprisingly fun. Being from Missouri I kind of always associated it with a "hick" sport. My perception of it has now changed. We spent about two hours driving around mini mountains north of provo exploring and wondering. The weather was perfect and it really was a great bonding activity. It was also great to get some fresh air after being cooped inside all winter. Plus, the activity only cost us $3.00 to fill up the four wheeler tank. My only complaint was the wind burn I got on my face. All in all, great day that will hopefully be repeated this weekend!

Finally Christmas...Pathetic, I know.

Two (almost three) months ago me and Jason had our first Christmas together and it really was great! We spent it with my family in Missouri. Most of the vacation consisted of relaxing (not much else to do where I grew up) X-box for the boys, and shopping for the girls. We also had our Missouri reception which was just great. Thanks to everyone that came. The extra long weekend ended in a fun-filled trip to Kansas City where we visited the College Basketball Experience (Jason's by far favorite part of the trip), eating bbq, and walking along the streets of the Plaza. It was just wonderful! Thanks mom and dad for being awesome the whole weekend!
