PL has been preparing bento for CY since last 3 weeks.  CY started after-school UPSR tuition in Feb 2018 and took lunch in school during the half an hour break.  It was fun to figure out what to eat (CY) and what to prepare (PL, and sometimes CY). 

But alas, an accident happened this evening. While chopping the corns to be handy and smaller pieces, the left index finger was on the chopping board !  The flesh was sliced deep and blood was flowing out.  PL immediately ran though under the tap water by pressing on the open wound.  However, the bleeding could not be stopped.  Without hesitation, CY was told to call CC.  Looking at the pool of blood, PL felt a chill in her body, covered with a layer of cold sweats.  CC was home in the nick of time. 

PL's finger was dressed by the doctor in the 24-hour clinic. Looking at PL's "trauma" condition, he asked, " Are you on menstrual cycle?" He must be suspecting losing too much blood caused PL's pale face and dizziness.

It was almost midnight when PL went to bed. 

Well, it won't stop from preparing delicious and healthy lunch box.

01 Jan 2012 : Happy New Year @ Spring Cleaning

New year !!!

Today, we sent CM to childcare for half day.  CY went for a swim with his dad, followed by banking in his piggy bank with mommy...
After picking up CM, we made a trip to Harris... CY came across his auntie mommy and went for a walk with her.  We were at home at 3.30pm.
The spring cleaning was continued.  PL had no choice but threw away the wiping cloth due to the dirtiness of the cabinets, curtain rods, floor under the containers in study rooms, etc etc.  It was terrible that one of the container that CC stored his book was covered with dirt and cockroach poop !!!!!!!   Yuck !!!!!
Throughout the cleaning, many outdated documents (CC insisted to keep those years back medical records) and old stuff were in the thrash bin including the expired ointment.
What's next ?!

Someone messed up the house again.
Same attitude. Never wanted to let go those things and just piled up to avoid clearing those things.

The day was spoiled because of the mess..Really pissed off !!!

We finally decided to arrange to get rid of the lawn which the weed was growing too well. One of our neighbors was feeling sorry on the lawn that she kept on saying weed could be trimmed.

Another 2 weeks..

We finally got rid of the old TV. It was bulky and left at the foyer for 2 years.
Annual recycling cum charity program in AH rang a bell in PL's head. Since we were not using it anymore, why not giving to the orphanage ? They would be happy to have this TV. The only thing was we were not sure if it was still functioning well. It was never put on test since last 2 December.
The workers from management office came to collect it on a motorbike with a large basket installed at the side after we went to ask about the recycling truck arrival time.
