I Messed Up

So in an attempt to suprise my wife and give our blog an upgrade, I decided to make apply a new template to our blog. Well as you can see it looks very nice, however, there is a small problem, I deleted everything on the side. So I still haven't told Camie yet, and I hope she understands that I was just trying to help her out. I love you Camie.

We have had a lot happen this last month. First off my brother Dannon and his wife Mindi went through the temple and the next day they were sealed. It was so amazing to be gathered there with my whole family. They looked so happy! I can't even begin to describe just how speical and amazing that day was. I took some pictures of that day at the temple. I love the picture of Dannon and mindi they were so happy. I was also thinking that I have not posted pictures of myself with child, so I decided to show off my new look. This is me at 25 weeks, only three more months! Everything is going great! I can't blog without sharing this story. It was my birth day a couple weeks ago and I woke up to find posters and notes all around the house from my sweet husband. He also made me a homemade card with my scarpbooking stuff. I just love him so much!!! All in all we had a great November!

My best friend

I have not taken a lot of pictures latley so I dont have any fun ones to post. I just thought I would give a quick up date on the sheppards. We are doing awesome. Iam about 23 weeks and we are both falling more and more in love with baby girl. We have been trying to pick out names, but nothing is really jumping out at us. This last week I had to go to the hopspital because they thought there was a chance my water was breaking. After doing some tests we found out all is well and our little girl is healthy and just fine. I know that is not the case for some babies,and because of that I feel so blessed and lucky! I just want to say how much I love my best friend J.D. He is a great example and one of my favorite things about him is he makes me laugh everyday!! I sure do love my J.D.!!!

We had a little pumpkin carving, fondue party. We invited some of our good friends. It was so much fun! J.D. was set on us dressing up as sarah and John.

We made yummy chocolate and cheese fondue. J.D. made the Hancuff's famous witche's brew with dry ice.


We only had one close call! Jamie cut her finger pretty good! NO stitches, just good old super glue.

This was us craving away. J.D. found a station that played all halloween, all the time. It was great!

BYU Football

This is my post in honor of BYU Football. I love BYU Football, and I just wanted to show it. BYU Football has been great to us fans these past few years, Las Vegas Bowl Victory by blocking a field goal, beating Utah twice in the last minutes of the game, and 2 time Mountain West Champs. Kudos BYU Football. Kudos.

Go J.D. go!

J.D. did the jordanelle triathlon last week and he loved it. It did so good! We stayed over night in park city friday and then he raced on sat. The whole time I watched him I just kept thinking " I want to do this" we decided that after the baby comes next year we will both do it. I am so proud of him.

It's been a whole year since we got married and it's been the best! I love my J.D.! I thought I would share some pictures from the blessed day.

A little family history

J.D. has always been interested in family history and he loves to do genealogy. while working on some genealogy he found that he has some family from the 1800's in the Manti cemetery. Of course he wanted to go see them, so took a little road trip to Manti. We visited the cemetery and while we were there we did a session in the Manti temple. It was beautiful. I was not super excited to go on this little road trip, but it ended up being a really fun day!

Baby on the way!

Yes you heard right, we are pregnant! We are expecting a little one this coming up March and we are thrilled! I know it's pretty early and people usually wait longer to spread the news, but with my big mouth I just had to let it out!

I totally messed up that last blog for the fourth,don't mind me. I cut my hair, abut 9 inches! It's good to have a change once in a while right? Iam still a little unsure. The next blog will be tons better and soon too. You have my word!

My Dream Come True

It's been a year since my dream came true! Last June J.D. returned home from his mission to Spain and I was there at the airport with signs and posters. After only four days he purposed. He sent me on a scavanger hunt all around Salt Lake and the last clue was at Pete's Rock (a place where we love to hike) he told me that through out our relationship I had a couple of titles such as " high school sweet heart" and "girl friend waiting". He got down on one knee and asked me if I would take on another title " his wife" of course I said yes! I have been happy ever since. I sure do love J.D.!!

My Beautiful Wife

I just wanted to take this time to tell my wife how much I love her. She loves this blogging thing and I have not always been the most enthusiastic about it. So, I just wanted to tell her that she means the world to me and that I am so glad she is my wife. I have had the privilege of being with her the entire weekend, and I loved every minute of it. She is so wonderful to be around as her smile lights up a room and her laugh is contagious. She really is my everything and I am so lucky to have her. I love you sweetheart you are the light of my life. Thank you for your love.

I love JD

I just thought I would share a couple pictures that I like. We have been married almost 9 months, I can't believe it!!! I give you a little up date on us. JD just finished his first year at BYU and is now working at 1800 contacts. He is training for triathlon that is this aug. I dont think he realized just how tight the spandex shorts are that he has to wear! As for me I am still working as a dental assistant in springville and Iam having fun working out with JD.

well folks your wish is my command. If you want to see more from the sheppard family you got it! There is bad news though, I took a bunch of fun pictures of J.D.'s birth day, the sweet jazz game, easter, and playing with my little nephews and guess what? My sd card was not in my camera and now they are ALL LOST!! So I have to capture more pictures and then I will put them on my blog. I do have to spot light my little gum drop, A.K.A JD, every morning I wake up late and Iam running around the house like a mad man trying to get ready for work. J.D. will get up (mind you he does not have to be out of bed for another hour and a half) and make me a protein shake for breakfast, he even puts a banana in it to make it taste good. And then he packs me a lunch. He is so sweet! I love him. Anyways there is more to come.

Welcome baby Maycee Alice Hancuff! Niki and Zack have a new little one, she was born March 13th and was a little over six pounds. We got to hang out with them on sunday and she is sooooo cute!

I hope they call my on a mission

Me and JD teach the CTR 6 class and we learned all about missionaries. We made our own name tags and JD tried to teach them how to speak spanish like he did on his mission, but he didn't get too far!

Six months later

Here we are in Orem where J.D. goes to BYU and is trying to get into the Construction Management program, and I am working as a dental assistant in Springville.

Aug 25th the happiest day of our lives

Four years and a mission later J.D. came home from Spain and purposed after only 4 days. People may think we are crazy, well they are right, we are crazy in love. After 2 months of planning I officialy became a Sheppard.
