Tale of a Guide dog

Hello,
star has had a lovely walk today! Mummy also forgot that she had bought Star a bone and then she found it so she gave it to star! It's so big Star can't really carry it and it leaves wee bone bits all over the carpet! Heehee!
I've had lots of plays with my friend Cyder doggie and with my cousin Zach...he kept nipping me at first so eventually Star got very cross and went "wuff!" and nipped him too! star knows he's just a puppy but he has to behave himself! Now we are good good friends and he plays with me and follows my waggy tail! :d
I like teaching other doggies...when Cyder's mummy's sister had a rescue doggie who was nervous, star taught her to play properly like other doggies. when she nipped Star, Star made her play by herself so she knew star didn't like that. She stopped doing it and played nicely! :D
I got my breakfast very early today ... Mummy says it's because the clocks went forward and she lost an hour's sleep. I like it...I get fed early! :D
Now I am sleepy, i'm going to lie down and gurr.

Hello,
Mummy wasn't well today, so we stayed at home. I had a walk yesterday and today, we were going on the bus to see Mummy's friend and my doggie friend, but Mummy was sore and had a runny nose so we stayed and she had a biiiiiiiiiiiig sleep! I was making sure she was allright, when she sat down I went on her knee for ages and snuggled and pawed and cuddled! I'm my Mummy's doggie heehee! :)
Tonight Mummy went to her class but I stayed with Auntie Eileen so I could have my tea at the right time. then, I waited till Auntie Eileen was doing her exercises on the floor, then crept up on her and went underneath her lol! I like tunnels! I did it to Mummy earlier so she wouldnt' fall on her tummy! Then Mummy came home and hse smelled of other doggies, so I wasn't very happy but I am her friend again and it was my doggie friend she had seen. I cuddled her again and had a big lie down on her feet, so she couldnt' disappear again lol!
Now mummy is listening to something and I am in a ball in my basket, night night.

Hello,
star is tired! This week star has had lots of people to cuddle! On Tuesday, Ruth came over and she stayed all day. She smelled of Zach, the puppy doggie!
On wednesday, Star got her check-up so she knew she had to be very, very good...we went for a walk and star was good! she got lots and lots of cuddles from the guide doggie people and they said everything was fine, yay!
Then we went to edinburgh on Thursday...I had to go on a bus *batters! ears!* the first bus drove past Mummy and didn't stop, bad bus! then the nex bus had a driver who wasnt' nice to my Mummy *gurr!* We had a good day though and Mummy was so happy because last time I had been cross with her and had been a naughty doggie but today I was very, very good. I saw my doggie friend and got to play with her!
today Grandma and Grandpa came so I have more people to stroke me...Euan is home too *bounces!*
I'm away to sleep, night night.

Happy new year from Star and Mummy! :)
I have new toys! For Christmas I got a huge tuggy rope toy from Mummy. I saw it before Auntie Eileen wrapped it and tried to take it ahahah! I also got a new naila bone and a huge calcium bone which I only get for a little while each time because it breaks a lot. from Auntie Eileen I got a round toy you can put doggie treats in and play with. from Grandma and Grandpa, I got some doggie biscuits and a big, round chew toy like a wheel...I like playing with it now, I was a bit unsure at first because it's heavy but I like it now.
I was confused at Christmas, I always am because of all the paper and at lunch time, every one pulled crackers so I got a wee bit scared but then I got some biscuits so I was happy lol! I had a very good day and there were lots of people to play with me! ^^
At new year more people came round and I got lots of cuddles. They all played the WII...I am confused by it so whenever Mummy plays it I climb up her and wag my tail.
Then we went to Grandma's house...it was lots of fun! I got a huge run on the beach and on New Year's Day we went to Aunt Louise's and I met her puppy. He was trying to nip my ears so star made huge gurrs and barks! He wouldnt' stop so star nipped him back...I can be a big doggie! lol! Then we were friends and he played with me.
I got to see Uncle Jim and Aileen too, they have a rabbit...she was hopping about in her cage. I am a bit scared of smaller animals if they're not doggies.
Now we're home again. Mum has a bad cough so I'm giving her lots and lots of cuddles. she did take me out today though and we had a good good walk. She was a bit cross with me because I was a naughty doggie and wouldnt' take my worming tablets *turns back, they're horrid!*
Mum gave me them in my tea so I ate the biscuts and left the tablets, then spat them on the floor when Mummy tried to give me them again. She put them in my breakfast but I spat one on the floor again but I had it in my tea so she's happy now. I'm very put out...Mummy insinuated I had worms! *batters ears!*
Now I am sleepy so I'm going to go in my basket, night night.

Hello,
star is a happy doggie! she had a walk today! also, the tree that we have at Christmas is up and all the decorations too, it's all Christmassy! Euan was home last week after his exam so I had him to play with me. today I was very, very good on my walk, Mummy was very happy with star! *wag. wag!*
Now I am all sleepy, i just wagged my tail so Mummy came and stroked me. she gave me huge cuddles after her tea and we snuggled.
I am going to go and slleep before I have to go outside again.

Hello!
I havewn't been here for a long long time...lots of days! So I have lots to write, my paws will be all tired!
It is my birthday on Monday, I will be seven! I will be a big girl...though still a big puppy! wag. wag. wag!
For my birthday I would like something to play with and chew on. I hope Mummy knows. :)
She already got me one toy, it's a long story. I was a bit of a naughty doggie and sniffed lots so now have another collar. It's like the ones for horses and it stops me sniffing *droops tail* that's no fun! I don't like it much but I haven't had to walk with it on yet, Mummy's not been feeling good so auntie Eileen walked me today. I hope I can stop wearing it if I'm good, it's weird on my ears!
So Mummy bought me a toy too so I felt better after having the headcollar taken away. It's two tyres in a cross with a bell in, it's nice and i like the sound but it's scary on the wooden floor, it's too loud! :)
There are fireworks outside, I'm a brave doggie, they don't bother me because I know they're not hurting mummy. I just ignore them. :)
On Thursday my doggie friend came to see me! Her Mummy and my Mummy talked and had tea and we played lots and lots and lots! we ran about all day and she took my toys so I went gur'r'r'r'r'r'r'r'r'r'r'r'r'r'r'r''r'rr'r'r'r'r'r'r'r'! We like doggie fighting lol!
Dad brought home a huge toy doggie. It's his doggie and she sits on the stairs. I like her but it's a secret so whenever Mummy comes or Auntie eileen sees me, I pretend I'm not interested lol! If Mummy strokes her though, I still gurr, she's MY Mummy!
Mummy has had a sore tummy for a few days so I'm her cuddle ball! I'm going to go and check on her now.

Hello!
This week Mummy has had a sore tummy so I have been the cuddliest doggie of all the cuddly doggies! lol!
... and the waggiest!
I've been cuddling and snuggling with Mummy and bringing her my toys and I've been on her knee and have given lots of kisses to make Mummy feel better. we went out yesterday when Mummy felt a bit better and I was so good I got special biscuits for good doggies! *wag. wag. wag*
Today we stayed in because mummy was sore again but she did clear out a box ... she's left all the books all over the floor, naughty Mummy!
I read Rhonda's journal yesterday and was reading her doggie Rose's post, I like Rose lots, she can post in here if she wants, any doggies or any other anomals can! I miss Holly the pussy cat, hope she can post again soon.
Now I am sleepy and it will soon be time for me to go out again.

Hello,
I am very sleepy. I havent' written in here for a long time oops!
I've been going out for lots of walks with Mummy and I went to the beach with Mummy and Auntie Eileen one day and found a little boy doggie to play with me! :)
I've also been on my holidays to grandma and Grandpa's and that was lots of fun...they have a beach outside their house!
I have to sleep now but I'll be back soon, a lot sooner than last time!

Hello,
we are home now! :)
Today I was a wee bit of a naughty doggie ... Mummy took me in the garden for a run but she put me in the run to do busies first but I held them in then did them all over auntie Eileen's garden. Oops! *sad eyes*
Then I went for a wee walk by myself so Euan had to come an look for me *hides* lol!
But the rest of the week I've been so so good and I've had lots of walks and brushes! My winter coat is all falling off and there are fluffballs everywhere so i have to get brushed lots and lots! *doggie purrs*
I have also played lots and lots and barked wuff wuff wuff wuff!!
Now I'm going to sleep in my basket, I've been out and mummy took my bells off which means it's sleep time and she says "Time to sleep for little doggies."

Hello,
I have a lot to write today.
This week Mummy had to stay overnight in hospital and she had to have lots of wires attached to her so I stayed home with Auntie Eileen and dad. I was sad in my basket without Mummy so I went and slept on the cushions in the playroom. Auntie Eileen tried to get me to go in my basket but I just sat there and looked at her because I dont' go in it without Mummy being in her bed. I was very good and the next day Mummy came home but she hadn't been sleeping much so she was very tired. She took me out for a tiny walk because she'd had needles in her left arm and it was very sore so she couldn't use it to stroke me or hold my lead for a long time. Auntie Eileen took me out too though so I did get to walk. *wag. wag. wags*
Mummy went to sleep after her walk and felt much better after that.
The next day Mummy went shopping to buy shoes and she got them and it was very nice outside.
Yesterday it was Star's turn to go to the doctor for doggies. i was a very good little doggie and I saw another black and white little doggie in the waiting room who made puppy noises and wanted to play with me so I went "woowoowoo" at the doggie because I wanted to play too. :(
The vet was very very happy with Star's teeth and her coat and everything, I got my jag and was very very good so Mummy gave me a biscuit and the vet gave me a treat for doggies! I had to get weighed though and I'm heavy now so I have to go on a diet, *droops tail and ears*
Mummy says she'll get me light food soon so I can have more of it but still lose weight.
also, the vet clipped Star's nails and he accidentally caught my paw. I pulled it away an it was outch. It made red drips for a while but then it stopped and it's all better now.
Today I got a big walk with Auntie Eileen and a run but I was a wee bit of a naughty doggie because when Auntie Eileen called me I didnt' want to go back, I was too busy. Then I had a sleep then went out to work with Mummy. we went through the woods and Star was a very, very, very good little doggie, especially at one of the roads where Mummy didn't know there was a car and I wouldn't go forward until the car was gone, Mummy was very, very, very happy with the doggie!
Now my paws are tired and I want wriggles so I'm going to go for now, wuff wuff *wags*
