Issue Description

When running ping -a 8.8.8.8 only the first ping creates a bell sound

Expected Behavior

Every successful ping should trigger the bell

Actual Behavior

Only the first ping triggers the bell

Reproduction Steps

1. Open Ghostty
2. enable bell-features = system
3. Run ping -a 8.8.8.8
4. listen
