Handle Highlights from Users with Broadcaster Badge different

[8thony]

I have colored some streamers with the same color under "User Highlights" to see their messages in other chats.
As soon as they write in their chat, they should have a different color. But since the "User highlights" are prioritized over the "Badge highlights" it doesn't seem possible to me.

Hopefully #6695 will make this possible.
