Hello, journalites.
Just came in to edit my info and figured I'd make a post. I've decided that maybe I shouldn't succumb to the ease of just updating one sentence at a time on Facebook. I do wonder how many people on this site are active. I really only see about two people post here semi-regularly. I guess there is something to writing more on here and the likelihood of having less people see it. But maybe some of you write to get responses, and you have a lot of readers. Well, not me!
Some time last year I went back through basically every entry I ever wrote, and added some tags and memories, even deleting a few with no comments, broken images, etc. I think I've only posted maybe five times so far this year, and it's almost 1/4 over. HOLY BALLS.
I bought a new computer. I've been planning it for years! Every February when I got my income tax refund, I would always think about buying a computer or a game system. Well, I bought an XBOX360 in the summer of 2008, after I moved. So finally I got my money and JCPenney gave everyone a bonus. Mine was $400, before they tax-raped it, so I found a deal on Dell website. It comes with a monitor and that was pretty much the sell for me, as I figured whatever I spent on a computer, I would have to spend about $120 more on a monitor.
They are supposed to deliver it tomorrow, I really hope they do because I'm off and I'll be home all day. Then I can clean my desk area and start installing stuff. I'm kind of worried that most of the programs I use won't work on Vista. I have an XP recovery disc but it came with the HP computer so I doubt it would work. Plus, I don't think I want to waste space and RAM by having two operating systems.
Ok, that's enough for now. Perhaps I'll start posting here again; even if nobody is reading, it's easier to archive shit for later than on Facebook.
