Sledding with Tommy & Ellie

"No one will sled with me."

"That's ridiculous," I said. "Becca will sled with you."

Nope

"Tommy?"

Nope

"Anna?"

She's still asleep.

Hmmmm

If I'm going sledding, I'm bringing the camera for video evidence that one time we went sledding. Even if it's just a little hill a block and a half from our place, it still counts.

Tommy did change his mind after it looked like it might be fun.

Little to no production quality on this video, but it was fun (terrifying) to send the camera down the hill with the little ones. Tommy's arms aren't quite long enough to get his whole face in the frame at 24mm, but I still think it's a fun shot. 

New Years Day Sushi

We've blogged this before, but it is worth doing again. A few years ago, Mary's mom treated her to a sushi rolling class in Ogden. Mary came home excited to give it a try and we've done it a few times through the years. To make it a family activity, Mary lets the kids pick what they want in their rolls and then helps them roll them.

This year we did this for our New Years Day activity. (We didn't actually stay awake past 9:00 pm on New Year's Eve.

Snow Day

There is nothing cooler than having school cancelled on a Friday because of snow.
