Christmas in NJ-2011

We traveled to NJ the day after Christmas to spend time with Brian's side of the family. Aiden LOVES playing with all his cousins! It get a little crazy and a lot loud, but it's fun to see them having a good time together. Trying to get a picture of all six is a task, but maybe we'll get a good one some day!

Christmas 2011

We had another wonderful Christmas this year! Aiden got the 2011 Hess truck, a Leap Pad, the Wuggle Pet machine, Perry the Platypus walkie-talkies, and a bunch of other fun stuff! We had a nice relaxing day and had fun playing with all the new toys!

Christmas Eve

I was a little behind on things this year preparing for the holiday, so we only baked on Christmas Eve. My little helper licked the "spinners" when I was done making icing and he also helped put sprinkles on some of the cookies. He left one of his best decorated cookies for Santa! We also put some reindeer food (that he made in preschool) in the front yard.

Bloomsburg Christmas

We had our annual Bloomsburg Family Christmas Dinner at The Anderson's house this year. Instead of doing an adult gift exchange, we did one for the kids this year. It's always so cute to see them all together! Unfortunately, Aiden started to get pretty sick while we were there, so we had to leave after dinner. I think they had fun playing in the time they had together!

Jumping in the Leaves

Aiden wanted to help Brian rake the leaves yesterday, but his interest in that only lasted about a minute. He was way more interested in rolling and jumping in the piles like most kids. He had such a good time, and I had to bribe him with the chocolate chip cookies I just baked to get him in the house!

First Santa Visit of 2011

We visited Park City last weekend so Aiden could sit on Santa's lap. For the last two years we have let Aiden go to Build-a-Bear after Santa, and he was not about to let us forget! He made a cute little brown dog and got a Snoopy Christmas shirt for the dog to wear. We also decorated the house for Christmas and Aiden had a blast "helping" with the tree. There is a picture below to show what a wonderful job he did!
