August through September

Wow- being in the states has kept us busy! Here are a bunch of pictures to catch you up!

We ran in a mud run:
Mom and Dad ran a 10k with a friend while Evan and I played. Then I ran in a Mud Dash. Next time I will be more prepared to get dirty! (There are more great pics on facebook that we can not get to copy!)
We've spent great time with family and friends but unfortunately did not take pictures!! We will have to be better about that over the next few months!

IT'S MY BIRTHDAY!!

Today I am 5! We had a pirate party this weekend to celebrate. I hope to have more pictures when we are able to have our treasure hunt outside- its too wet and muddy today.

more indoor fun

Children's Museum

Since it is so hot (around 100 degrees everyday!), we have been trying to do fun things inside. A few days ago we went to the Children's museum in town.

We played in the water:

Evan had to "buy" his favorite thing- ketchup!

Then cooked lunch

There was so much to do! We had a great time and cant wait to go back!

Reunions

Soon after arriving, we were able to see some friends that we have not seen in a long time. It was great to play with them and catch up! We have not been able to see many friends yet but are looking forward to it!

July- In America

Yes, we made it to the States and have been having a great time. I can't believe we have almost been here a month! It has definitely been busy! I'll try to catch you up:

Granmommy has some cute puppies we got to play with. (They are up for adoption if anyone in interested!)

Great Grandma, Papa James, and aunt Jeppie came to visit. We went to to candy store and went out to blow bubbles for a little while. We are not used to the heat so we couldn't stay out too long.

In an effort to help us cool off, Granmommy and Papa Ed got us a cool pool!

Another train ride

It had been awhile since we have been on a train ride, Evan probably did not even remember the last one. A few days ago we got to ride with some friends from our neighborhood. Even though I'm almost 5, I still like trains :)

2 weeks

We leave for America in 2 weeks!!! We are excited but have so much to do! See you soon!

Children's Day

June 1st is Children's Day. Mom and Dad said, "Everyday is children's day", I said, "Not Mother's Day and Father's Day!"
