snow, snow, snow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is Tuesday. We had over 3 inches of snow on Sunday, which has brought the entire city to a standstill. Yesterday the mail did not run, the garbage was not picked up. No one moved. Schools were out of course, as they are today. They may even be closed tomorrow as icy rain is falling, and of course tonight will bring another freeze. I thank God daily that I have a warm house and warm food in my belly.

Snow again tomorrow!

Well, lets see......Richard is in Fairfax at the moment, living with Paul, trying to find work in DC. It is supposed to snow tomorrow, everything is starting to close, ack, panicky Wilmington!

New Year, New Resolutions..............

1. Walk on the treadmill (or take a walk at least) every day. (so far, I am off to a good start!)

2. Hug and kiss Roger and tell him I love every day.

3. Cook one new thing every week (or more).

4. Finish knitting projects before starting a new one. (hey Em, finished your hat today)

5. Read something of the Writings every day.

6. Try to call my mom every day.

7. Count my points EVERY day.

to Fairfax and back.................

We are back from our visit to Paul and Marys. The trip was a lot of fun, lots of good memories were made. Of course, it goes without saying that we will miss Rich dearly. Paul and Mary's home is very comfortable, and he is living down in the basement in his own little private suite. I think Roger is getting little Emily's cold unfortunately. Nothing worse that a man with a cold, right?
