Nick is 2 months old!!

Dana Does Diapers...

The other day, Nick was just hanging out after a bath with no clothes. So I thought I would go ahead and put his diaper on.

Me and My Baby Brother

This is what I like to do in the morning before school...cuddle up with my baby nick. You can see he has a hospital band on his ankle because he had to go to the ER and get tortured. The doctors thought he was sick but he is okay.


This is the first time I got to give him a bottle. It was SO much fun!!!

Easter

We had a really nice Easter at our house. It was rainy and we were bums, but sometimes, that's the best kind of day!!


Mom is always leaving the baby in just his diaper. She thinks he looks cute.

Here's what the Easter Bunny brought me! How did he know I needed new playdoh?

And here is Nick's first Easter basket. It's an airplane. He didn't get much since he can't eat candy but I don't think he noticed.

Big Sister Time

It's official...I am a big sister!!!

This is Dominick Samuel Auten. We call him Nick.

I really love him. HE is SO cute!!! Except for maybe when he cries or is poopy.

This is how I am spending my Spring Break. It does get a little boring after a while. But I do hold him lots and lots and smother him with lots and lots of kisses.

Here he is right after he was born. He is pretty fun and I am so glad he is here.

Getting Ready for Baby

A couple weeks ago I went to a Sibling class at the hospital where my baby brother will be born. Since I already know how to change diapers, and am NOT doing it, my dad did that part.


This was one of my favorite things when I was a baby - a paci!!!

I made a picture for the baby of me. We are going to call him Nick.

Here I am swaddling the doll. I already knew how to do that too.

Overall, the class was boring. But I liked the art!!!

All Dressed Up with Somewhere to Go!

Saturday, mom's friends threw a baby shower for our new baby. This was the top of the cake and it was made by The Crazy Cake Ladies. Isn't it cool!?!?!

Here's a side view. They made it to match the baby's room.

Mom told them it was too nice to cut, but no one listened.

Before we left, we had a photo shoot. Mom & I were all dressed up and it was nice outside.

This is my dog Dorothy. She is NOT going to be happy about a new baby.

Getting Ready for My Baby Brother

This past weekend we made a corner for the new baby. Dad moved the crib but I put the bedding on. This holds toys and I made the 2 airplanes that are hanging on it.

Here's what it looks like all put together. I did it all by myself but had to get IN the crib to do it.

We also got some baby stuff from my mom's friend. Thanks Miss Kim!!! I thought I would check it out and it works good.
