Merry Christmas

Oh how the boys have been waiting and waiting for this day. Bentley had asked Santa for a snowboard Burton board to be exact. So he ran straight to the tree and grabbed his board then told us how he thought he hadnt been good enough this year to get one. He said Santa must have been looking at other kids while he was being naughty and looking at him only when he was being good! Sweet :) That Bentley!!! Ive probably never seen anything so cute than him in his little Burton boots and board. Hamilton was so stressed out because he didn't know what he wanted this year. Santa promised him that he was great at surprises and would love to surprise him Christmas morning. He was thrilled to find a ninja turtle house and video game and lots of other things. Evan didn't know what was going on but he knew it was a special day. He got balls, and more balls and he couldn't be happier! He got cars and trucks and loved every single thing he got. He has been so happy and loves helping himself to the boys gifts too. All day the boys got to eat candy and play with toys and Dad even pulled them behind the 4wheeler all day with tubes and snowboards. It was the perfect day.

Eve

Christmas eve was a fun relaxing day at home. The boys full of excitement. Later that night we went to The Grand America for our usual Christmas Eve dinner. I love the wonderful Christmas magic in the air downtown with all the lights and the hotels all decorated. We walked around and looked at all the windows and then had dinner. We booked it home to get ready for Santa the boys couldn't wait to get in jams and climb into bed. All except Evan. He ended up finally going to sleep around 2:00 A.M. This year was one of my fav years. Bentley and Hamilton so full of excitement this year and Evan didn't know what was coming, but on Christmas morning he was all about it!

Evans Hair

My little Evan finally got his first real haircut! Its been so hard for me to chop away all those little baby hairs and I loved the way they flipped up like a little skater dude. But it was time. He did awesome, he had a fuss at first then when he got his sucker he was good to go. My little baby turned into a boy!

Park City

We are sooo lucky! Ryans job is the best, they took us to Park City for 3 nights for the company party!!! What makes it even better is we love love love the people who work there and we all have so much fun when we get together. It was so beautiful up there with all the snow it was a perfect Christmas Village scene. We had so much fun shopping and eating and movies and eating! It was such a great little getaway!

Thanks Day

We spend our Thanksgiving down in St.George. We had a nice little trip seeing all our family and some friends. We celebrated Thanksgiving and two separate Christmas parties in the short time we were there. The boys had a lot of fun and we can't wait to get back down there.

Trick or Treat

Halloween this year was fun and crazy and busy as usual. We had the school parade in the morning, then im the party mom in Bentleys school class so I was incharge of the Halloween party. We made dracula cookies and it turned out so cute and all the kids told me how good they were. We actually got out trick or treating early this year which was great, it was warm and and the boys had a blast. Evan had no idea what was going on. He would go up to the door and when they handed him a piece of candy he would just start eating it wrapper and all. He wouldn't let go, not even to put it in his bucket. This year Bentley was all about hittin up as many houses as he could. So when the other two were done he took of with his friends and got a lot of candy! Hamilton made it to about 10 houses and then said his bucket was too heavy to carry so he wanted to go home. I thought the boys looked adorable!! This will be the last yr I can tell Bentley what to be and im sure from now on he will want to be some bloody scary thing. One thing about our new neighborhood is it is beautiful! The trees with all the leaves falling, it looked like it was straight out of a story. I couldn't ask for a more beautiful Halloween night. It was fun decorating our new house too. We moved in and straight up went Halloween decor it was a little stressful, but it turned out cute.

Bentleys Baptism Oct. 12 ,13

Baptism Day

My first baby was baptized yesterday. I can't believe he is 8 and has grown into such a little man. Bentley has brought so much fun and excitement to this family. He is so funny, smart, 100 % boy and worries about everyone. There is no one quite like him, he is such a character and I am so lucky to have him. I am so thankful for all the love and support from our families and friends. His baptism day was perfect, thanks to all the family who took part and for everyone there that loves him. I hope he felt how special and loved he is with a room full of people who love him so much. It made me so happy to look across the room and see everyone that means so much to us, all those friends who have become part of the family. And I was so happy that we were able to have his baptism in the old ward with all those who have watched him grow up. The weather was beautiful and it was just a perfect day. Loved having everyone in our new home with us all the kids playing outside together and just feeling so much love. Thank you to everyone!!

The Big 8

Bentleys Birthday this year was so fun! Since he is turning 8 I wanted to make it a special one and lately he has been really into BMX and going to the race track. So I decided to rent out Rad Canyon for his Birthday. It was so crazy awesome! The weather turned out so perfect everyone brought their bike out and they had 2 hrs to just go crazy. Nothing is cuter then watching all these boys race around like big stuff, it was adorable. Everyone loved it, we had to drag them away at the end :) I forgot to get a pic of his Birthday treat, instead of a cake this yr he wanted dirt cups. Bentley is such a stud, so glad he had fun at his party.

Hamilton in the Big School

We decided we would try to get Ham into the new school as well so that he would be all settled and not have to move. Turned out they had no openings at the Preschool at Westfield Elementary so we would have to keep Hamilton at Traverse. So he started at Traverse with his friends and loved every min of it!!! He loved his teacher and friends and met new friends and couldn't wait to go every day. It was so fun to see him enjoy it and have no problem at all going to the big school. He went there for about a month and then when we moved we ended up being able to get a spot at Westfield. He really didn't want to leave, he adored his teacher and the last day was really hard for him. When everyone told him goodbye it broke his little heart. But he was awesome and bucked up and went to his first day at the new school. When I picked him up he had a huge smile and thought it was so fun. Everyday he can't wait to go and it makes me so happy! So proud of my little Hammie boy.

Bentleys in 2nd Grade

The first day of school was crazy this year! 2 days before school started we had our offer accepted on a house in Alpine. We werent even planning on moving and then happened to find an amazing home that we decided to go for. So the night before school started we decided to go ahead and start Bentley at the new school so that he would be able to be new and start off fresh with everyone else. We thought that would be easier on him then moving him a month after school. So the first day of school we got up drove to Alpine and registered him at his new school, Westfield Elementary! Bentley was nervous but I was so proud of him. He had no time to let it sink in and prepare himself, all of a sudden he was going to a new school and he had to be ok with it. He did great and the 2nd day of school he had already came home with a kids number for a play date. And I think it took all of 4 days for him to make his best friend. There are no words for how proud and happy he has made me over the last month. Always going to school with a smile and doing his best to fit in. Im so happy he likes his new school and teacher. Go Wolves!

Ninjago

Hamilton celebrated his 5th Birthday with all his friends on Sat. He has been waiting and waiting for it to be his Birthday, I would say for the last 8 months hes been counting down. And all that time he knew he wanted a Ninjago Party.  The party turned out so cute... I would have to say the games at this party were probably my all time fav. All the kids had a blast and loved every min. of this party. We threw Ninja stars at a foam target, tried to get the bad snakes into different take out boxes for points, we played pin the beard on Sinse and had a sword fight against one of the fierce evil snakes. After Ninja training everyone became a true Ninja and were rewarded with a Ninja headband with their names written in Chinese. I just love this group of kids, they are all so cute and sweet. What a fun day for my little Hammy. But the funs not over yet... Tomorrow will be his real Birthday so I gotta rest and gear up for that! Just want to thank everyone who came to make his day special.
