Grrrrr.....

Grrr…. Geramnya!!!!! From today onwards, if I see them, I will definitely kill them. Those ants are really out of limit oredi. This morning when I took my baby out from her cot to nurse her, I noticed a few red spots on her face. I tot dia kena gigit ngan nyamuk. "Ala ciannya anak mummy. Kena gigit nyamuk eh? Dah guna kelambu pun nyamuk leh masuk jugak ker?"

While changing the diapers, nampak lagi kesan kena gigit kat kaki lak. "Ni mesti kena gigit semut lak ni." Continue bf, suddenly I saw few ants (2-3 ekor) on her head, dok merayap dlm rambut baby. Apa lagi, cepat2 gosok rambut baby. Jatuh more than 2-3 ants. 5-6 ekor. Terus ‘kerenyek-kerenyek’ semut2 tu. Geramnyaaa……. Gigit baby aku!!!!! Looked behind her ears, 2 more ants ada kat situ. Kerenyek semut2 tu. Belek2 lagi, kat leher belakang pun ada gak? Kill! Kill! I’m a cruel ant’s killer. Sape suruh gigit baby aku?

I applied some ointment at those bitten area. Kesian my daughter. "Kenapa baby tak nangis kena gigit semut? Kalau nangis sure mummy check on you." Padahal I’ve already checked her cot before putting her inside.
Kesian tengok my baby bintat2. If adults kena gigit semut pun gatal2, apa lagi baby sekecik itu.

Gerammmm…….!!!!!!!!! KILL! KILL! DIE! DIE!

'Adalia and her new car

Went to Atria and IOI Puchong last Saturday. First time we went to shopping complex with 'Adalia in her stroller.With the safety belts strapped around her, she looked cute and comfy in it. The shoulder pad dah jadi tempat dia hisap2 lak. With both her little fingers holding the shoulder pad, nampak cam budak besar dah anak mommy. Then yesterday we went to OU. Round2 survey car seat for her. Maybe sbb dah lama dok dlm stroller tu, dia start mumbling. bercakap2 n mula buat muka kesian. Nak mintak dokong la tu. Lama2 dokong la jugak. Sedih bila tgk dia wat muka kesian.

A few babies siap tegur2 'Adalia inside her stroller. In their own language la. Maybe bcoz of her big bright eyes and rambut yang hitam lebat. He!He! Even adults pun tgk2. And I felt so proud to be her mummy. Agaknya macam tu mummy lain rasa when I looked at their babies. Proud Mommy............

Kids.. ;-)

Tertengok Macam2 Aznil last Friday. So funny. He interviewed three kids about their ambition. The first kid wants to be a CEO. My sis and I said his fatehr must be a CEO coz kids rarely know what CEO is. Myself also never heard of that post until dah keje. The second once would like to be a doctor.
Aznil:Kalau sakit perut, check kat mana?
2nd Kid: Check kat bilik doktor la.
(He!He! Kena Aznil)
Aznil: (Rephrase the question) Kalau sakit perut check kat mana? Kat kepala ke, perut ke, kaki ke.....
Kids..their answers usually full of surprises.

The third kid wants to be a pilot.
Aznil: Dah besar nak jadi apa?
3rd Kid: Jadi helikopter.
Aznil: Ha! Mana boleh jadi helikopter.
3rd Kid: Jadi pembawa helikopter. (Pilot ler tuu)
Aznil: Oo.. pembawa helikopter. Nak bawak helikopter gi mana?
3rd Kid: Gi Seremban
(Aznil dah pecah perut ketawa)
Aznil: Nak buat apa gi Seremban
3rd Kid: Nak ambik orang.

He!He! Conversation yang sungguh mencuit hati. Myself pun ketawa nak pecah perut. It's amazing sometimes if u notice children punya imagination.Kids nowadays dah tak sama like we used to act masa kite kecik2 dulu. Makes me wondering how my baby will act when she grows up later. Insya-Allah, sentiasa jadi anak yang solehah. And full of joy, semestinya...

Anak abah..

This morning 'Adalia woke his father up. He!He! Hubby dearie plan nak g keje lambat skit coz last couple of days keje lik lambat n bz sgt2. So I left 'Adalia with her father. Around 9.30 called hubby, they were on their way to Segambut oredi. Aiikk!! Rupanya2 'Adalia bgn dulu and started kicking and swinging her hand. 'Tumbuk2' muka abah dia, nak tak nak kena la bgn. Tapi at least tak nangis. Anak mommy kan baik... He!He! Good girl. Kecik2 dah pandai kejut abah bgn yee....

Sama tak muka abah n 'Adalia. Most people said acuan abah dia sebijik. Tak tau la.

1) Photo: At Putrajaya Hospital, on the day she came out from Mommy's tummy (13/12/05).
2) Flight: On 26/12/05 from KL to KB for mommy's confinement period.
3) Long travel: 31/1/06 from KB back to KL.
4) Raya Haji: 10/1/06 in Kelantan.
5) CNY: 29/1/06 at Appa and amma's house in machang. Got a lot of ang pow :)
6) Present: Tilam, booties and mittens from Cik Milin. Oh! a hat as well.
7) Birthday party attended: Abg Haikal's 3rd bday party 5/3/06.
8) Cuti2 Malaysia: Bukit Merah Lake Town Resort (11-12/3/06).
9) Hair cut: 13/1/06 if not mistaken. Mama tok trim d long hair.
10) Botak: 31/1/06 shave d head till botak. Nice botak head. He!He!
11) Aqiqah n bercukur: 11/1/06, one day after raya haji.
12) Food: Mommy's milk right after birth in the labour room. Hmmm... mommy still wondering how you could suck d nip naturally. Maha Besar Allah.
13) Toy: A Pooh rattle given by Uncle Zakime 13/1/06 rasanya.
14) Stroller: A sweet Cherry stroller, grey colour, 19/3/06.

Hmm.... apa lagi? Will add in later if teringat.

Oh Ya! Today is our 100th day. Mommy had an ice blended chocolate at Coffee Ritual for lunch. He!He! Feels soooo gooood.

'Adalia's new 'CAR'

Last nite went to OU and bought her new 'car'. Yes... finally after weeks and weeks of surveying, we bought her a stroller.. Grey colour coz takde funky colour. Grey is nice, just like mommy's and abah's cars. He!He! Like father / mother like daughter. She's getting heavier day by day, my arms start to feel tired after 10 mins carrying her. Hubby dearie lagi la, sakit pinggang katanya. It's a Sweet Cherry stroller (other brand, Gosh!!! Eventho beautiful BUT toooooooo expensive.) New arrival, best buy, RM 269. Can be folded like a golf set, 3 inclining positions. So save some space in the boot. She looked happy in it last nite.
Mommy bought a new gadget as well. He!He! Thanks hubby for the pump. Got myself a new Avent ISIS Out n About B/pump. Ni yg rasa bersemangat giler nak express milk for 'Adalia. A bit worried about the price. RM311 after sale but Hubby dearie said he didn't mind paying that much compares to what he will have to pay if using formula milk. Both items cause hubby's wallet 'kempis'. Well, literally kempis la coz he used the 'magic card'. Hubby, best tak guna CC? Next time leh swipe lagi. This morning tried d pump and Wow! tak sakit and don't have to use a lot of energy. But cannot compare it with electric la. Manual pump takes a lil bit longer than d electric one. B4 this d choice is between Avent ISIS or Medela Harmony. Like d Harmony but RM245 n no cooler beg. Avent ISIS c/w cooler bag, cooler pack, 4 bottles. N d bag looks cool. Later maybe wana try using electric pump lak. Tapi kalu hubby tau mesti bising.
Sadly we were not be able to go to Sepang this year. Hubby was supposed to sit for a test on Sunday but last minute the lecturer cancelled d test. His reason: "He Want To Watch F1". Geramnyaa..... But yesterday was my SIL's bday. Happy Bday Kak Long! So ada wat makan2 at atuk mak's house.
The DOI plan is also on hold. Coz hubby's examination's schedule still not yet out. Kang beli tiket, ada exam lak on that day. Rugi jer.
Today 'Adalia is 98 days old. And mommy has already broke the ice pantang period. Not able to complete the 100 days pantang. But always cover balik with warm water after that. He!He! Kononnya will neutralize the ice effect on d body system. Don't know will work or not, but what the heck! Wheather is too hot nowadays. Like my cousin said, "Our body will not know that we still haven't reach 100 days yet."

'Adalia's new toys

Hmm.. her first toy is a rattle with pooh and tigger inside, Orange colour, given by 'Uncle' Zakime. Last weekend we bought her first soft toy after few weeks surveying. 'Mr. Ele' - shortform of mr. elephant, red and yellow colour with many different fucntions - phone ringing, squeky sounds, bells, plastic, etc. But at the moment she's not very fond of Mr. Ele yet, but attracted more to the white bunny hanging on her new playmat. Yes! We got her a new playmat as well. Cost us RM56 for that playmat. Bought it at Tesco Shah Alam on 4/3/06 ('Adalia was 82 days old on that day). First time on the playmat, she was soooooo excited, she talked to the white bunny hanging in the middle of it, sooo talkative and quite loud. We (my hubby and I) were so happy ourselves seeing her like that. I will remember that moment forever. Hubby dearie said "Habis la sayang.... Dia dah start cakap ngan rabbit tu sorang2. Kuat lak tu." And for quite a long time. My sister called mama in Kelate just to let her hear 'Adalia's voice. End up everybody at home 'talked' to her.

Thanks for the Gift....

Hmm... my baby is 81 days old today. Apa dia dah pandai? Dah pandai senyum masa 1 months +. Dah pandai kecik ati if anyone 'marah' dia.... nanti menangis on top of her lung. takpela... berkembang sikit lung anak mummy. dah pandai menyampuk atuk dia bercakap. she's actually talking back to us since back to kl from kelate. but in her own language la. still, it is a very fun, enjoyable time talking and singing to her. when dodoikan dia tidur with zikir, she will start zikir herself. She know the zikir tune oredi. What a smart girl!
Last Wed., her atuk said, my baby jual kuih. habis licin kuih atuk. Well, moga murah rezeki anak mummy besar nanti.
We were a bit worried last 2 days coz she didn't poo poo since last Sunday. but later that nite, she gave us a big poo poo. all messy, seluar kena, lampin pun kena. But I wasn't mad at all. Alhamdulillah! and she poo poo again the day after i.e. yesterday la.
Wonder whether my soft side has finally shows up. Tired? Yes! Sleep late every nite, have to wake up early, hubby dearie send her to Segambut, after work, I will pick her up from Segambut, back to our house, every working day... Usually reached home at about 9 pm - 9.30 pm. But I'm not complaining. I love my new world. Being a mother to a wonderful daughter, a wife to a very understanding and caring husband, what else do I want? Thanks Allah for this great gift you bestow on me.

Lucky Me..

Sometimes I realised how lucky I am. The other day, on the way to Segambut to pick up 'Adalia, I saw one guy, riding a motorbike, with his newborn baby on one hand, the other hand was handling the bike, I was like, Ya Allah! He must be really desperate carrying his baby like that. All the "What if..." questions pops up. The baby is just like 'Adalia. Sejuk angin naik motor. Kesian tengok. At that time, I realised, tak semua orang as lucky as I am. At least we have cars to bring our baby around. Eventho no car seat yet, just put her inside the basket coz she's still small, at least she's safer than the guy's baby.
Plan to go to F1 this year. And also Disney on Ice. Still trying to persuade my dearie to go with me. He!He! A time on our own.
