Windows 365 Enterprise is a Windows 365 plan allowing unlimited number of users, designed for larger organizations that want to manage their Cloud PCs with Microsoft Intune and take advantage of integrations with other Microsoft services, such as Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint. With Windows 365 Enterprise, each Cloud PC is assigned to an individual user and is their dedicated Windows experience.

Windows 365 Enterprise provides dedicated Cloud PCs to users that come in a range of configurations designed to meet the needs of various job types and industry scenarios such as bring-your-own-device (BYOD), remote work, market researchers, consultants, software developers, engineers, and content creators.

Windows 365 Enterprise has no license limit. To use Windows 365 Enterprise, each user needs to be licensed for Windows 11 Enterprise or Windows 10 Enterprise, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Entra ID P1. Windows Enterprise, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Entra ID P1 are included in Microsoft 365 F3, Microsoft 365 E3, Microsoft 365 E5, Microsoft 365 A3, Microsoft 365 A5, Microsoft 365 Business Premium, and Microsoft 365 Education Student Use Benefit subscriptions, or they can be licensed separately. Windows Enterprise can be licensed separately with the Windows E3 or E5 license. Note that these licenses have Qualifying Operating System requirements. Users without a Qualifying Operating System can license Windows Enterprise standalone with the VDA E3 or E5 license.
