I can't sleep. I have the ability to sleep through a 5.0 earthquake, so this being awake...not cool man! Dude!

I have been sending out for shipping quotes to get my stuff back to the US. So far I am looking at a range of $2000-4000!? I am not shipping furniture, just clothes, books, various stuffs. I am aghast. I have to begin thinking of alternatives to get my junk across the ocean. Now would be an excellent time to adopt a simple life philosophy, but it isn't going to happen.

I went a small Visual Kei concert tonight for the band Irodori. They were very pretty and the lead singer was excellent at working the crowd (unless he had to talk and then he was a nervous wreck). A small VK show is a joy to attend. They were a group of about 15 dedicated (all girl of course) fans that would switch out who was in the very front based on their favorite band member. There were a lot of the high pitch calls, but a few girls were barking. The wild feral barking of a tiny Japanese girl dressed in lolita is not to be missed. Because it was a small show we all careened around the small room jumping and tumbling into each other with minimal injury.
