Just in case you're still stuck or someone else has the same question:

After you get rejected from entering The Bite by the bouncer, go to the alleyway next to it. You will find a dude there called Larry (I think that his name, he's the only one you can talk to in that area anyway). Chat with him for a bit and he will tell you to go talk to the squirrel that you should have ran past when you left your detective office. Sweet talk the squirrel for a bit and he will help you get in :D

There are two other ways to get in (that you need to use later, be sure to talk to Larry before you attempt any of them):

The door in the alleyway has an intercom for the guys who deliver packages to that place. I haven't used that route but you should be able to trick them into opening it for you with the intercom.

The rooftops. In order to access the rooftops of The Bite you will need to walk to the very end of the street (be sure to crouch when you get near the police stand) and talk to a dude that owns a press stand (He's called Bo I think). Your goal is to climb Bo's stand to reach the rooftops and then just move from there until you reach The Bite's rooftop then break in. Tho you will need to ask Bo's permission to climb his stand.

I'm pretty sure you can come to a dead end here, as I've talked to everyone and exhausted all the dialogue options. There's no way to use the intercom once it's been used once (with no answer), and no way to use the newspaper stand, so perhaps if you talk to people in the wrong order the appropriate choices don't get offered.

Thanks for taking the time to offer the advice, Beanie. Unfortunately, I think I may have run into the problem that Morello has mentioned, where I've exhausted all of the dialogue without getting access to one of the routes to get in.

Same problem here, I've reached a complete dead-end. Speaking with people only gives me the option to end conversation.

To quickly get to the point where you left off just talk to Anatoly -> Bouncer -> Larry (he now should have an option to ask how to get into The Bite)

Pretty sure it wasn't completely fixed, because I started the game about 30 minutes ago and ran into the same problem.

Yeah me too, I just quit and decided to wait. Hopefully when the full game is released it won't have these issues.

Looking at a playthrough I found, and messing around with it myself, I believe I found the issue.

This dialogue section right here. Either of the first 2 choices appear to give you access into The Bite, while the third gives you information about The Bite itself. The problem is that if you go for general information right now, instead of later, there's no way to get back to this point.

I'm pretty sure that's what I did on my game. Nice work picking that up.

Yeah, pretty sure it wasn't fixed. I started playing this morning and I've reached a dead end in dialogue choices. No way to get into the Bite.

I was writing about . ticket from trash can near Prees Stand,which you can try use to get there for the first time, but it seems that Johnny is here the only option
