If it happens just exit to the main menu and hit continue again. You'll have to replay the level but it doesn't count as dying.

I've never once fallen through the floor.

As I've stated elsewhere, the tank boss nerf patch and every patch since then has only made the game worse, and basically every issue with the game can be fixed by simply opting into and playing the prior version of the game (beta portal).

While it (arguably) does make the game a little harder than the current public branch, it's still a very easy game overall. If you build your character right, the Warlock is easily the most OP character in any FPS ever. He's completely ridiculous.

I got to the final boss and he just domed me. Hated it.

I fell through the floor twice in the exact same spot on e4m7 on the path leading to the exit. So far, it's the only issue I've had.
