I have lived here for a few years now, but have never been in town for the 4th of July festivities. I was hoping to get so photos of the fireworks going off with the river in the shot. Where are some good places to go to take such pictures? What time do you think I need to be there? I also was going to check out the music festival at the waterfront. Is it dog friendly? Thanks in advance for any info you can give me.
