macOS: Split handle should not show in native fullscreen with no other splits present #11376

Hi,

The split handler will always show in full screen, even there is no other split.

I am used to using tmux to split screen and make ghostty into full screen mode.
It is very weird to let the handler always be shown.

Maybe it will be great convenient to add configure option to hide the split handler.
