Icons and gtk decorations flicker and dissappear

Yesterday I was doing some stuff in ghostty and after a while the titlebar icons started flickering, dissappearing and moving around. Don't know whether this is a gtk4 issue but I only noticed this thing happening with ghostty.

What I was doing:

• tab 1: running qemu from a script
• tab 2: tmux : connected with ssh to the qemu virtual machine building software from source

There is no crash report. Here are some pictures and a video capturing the behaviour:

ghostty --version output please, might be related to recent Adwaita updates.

Related: #5855. This is not a duplicate, but it's still more blinky stuff that we seem to have narrowed down to a newer Adwaita/GTK.

We don't control how these widgets are drawn at all. You should try reporting this to upstream GTK.
