Request to send changes to Flatpak and Gtk-related areas

What do you want to change?

I'm looking to apply some enhancements to Flatpak integration:

• Update runtime to GNOME 50
• Configures the Session Helper to terminate processes spawned by Ghostty in case Ghostty disappears from the bus (e.g. crashed)

I also have a fix pending for #12306

Why do you want to make this change?

• Improves the Flatpak build for everyone
• Fix the crash plaguing my system (and likely everyone else using Flatpak or older GTK)
