Potential double-free in Gtk when any terminal exits #12306

Issue Description

When closing any tab/pane, Ghostty crashes with SIGSEGV. See the logs for logs & stacktrace.

This happened on the Flatpak build, I have not tested with non-flatpak yet.

As an interesting note: If I upgrade the runtime from GNOME 49 (GTK 4.20) to GNOME 50 (GTK 4.22), the crash no longer happens, but I can see

error(glib): CRITICAL: Gtk: gtk_widget_unparent: assertion 'GTK_IS_WIDGET (widget)' failed

in the console, hinting that this double-free still exists.
