Keybinds, especially search ones, don't work with the search box focused

Issue Description

Parallel of #11124 for GTK. Easy repro, probably difficult fix: using keybinds like navigate_search or end_search only works when the terminal surface is focused, but not while the search box is focused. This is probably due to the more general case of keybinds not working when GUI components are focused, and while it makes sense in the general case for keybinds to not work (since they can conflict with the GUI's keybinds, especially text editing ones), the search keybinds specifically should work while the search box is focused.

The terminal inspector's Keyboard tab does not log any key presses while the search box is active, including the one I bound to navigate_search:next: ctrl+k. Similarly, the alleged default end_search keybind of escape works, but if I bind ctrl+k to end_search, nothing happens, just as with navigate_search.

Expected Behavior

Discretionary keybinds work while the search box is focused; at least navigate_search and end_search.

Actual Behavior

All keybinds are ignored, including search ones.

Reproduction Steps

1. Start search (ctrl+shift+f).
2. Press the key bound to navigate_search:next.
3. Ditto navigate_search:previous.
4. Ditto end_search.
5. Click on the surface.
6. Repeat steps 3–6; note that they work.
