Had to finish this before the Emerald City Con. Now I have no excuse but to write!

Sometimes I throw clay at things and see what happens.

We all know and love this shot from Girl Genius, v12

( Of course we love it! Why are you showing us this?Collapse )

What: something in clay

Sometimes I sculpt members of the GG gang in clay. I don't promise perfection, but I promise a reasonable effort.

Update! The sculpture below is now residing in Stately Foglio Manor! This pleases me.

So...

As always I approached the Professors with much deference for possible inclusion in the "Fan Art" section of their blog. I've been using their inclusions as tacit approval before posting elsewhere. Recently a minion - one of theirs, not mine - informed me that, work-wise, they are buried somewhere at the bottom of the Marianas Trench. I might be paraphrasing that last part, but in essence, their fan art backlog is by now vast and terrifying, so I should just... post. I hope that the following images do not make you cringe in horror.

Title “Laski Tarveka” in Russian mean “Trveks weasels” … and also “Tarveks caress” =)

Made this sketch on the work. Quick editing in Photoshop. Do not know whether it's necessary to color is properly

As it turned, it is impossible to dress Tarvek in clothes, that he does not like. Or even worse, in clothes, that
 went out of fashion.

So, I have done with my problems and I can draw again =)

To the russian translation was comment about Gil and Agatha's intention to destroy the hive in the castle Wulfenbach. Sort of "Destroy the hive? Yeah .... Gil will have time to explain to the Baron that "hive threw a wasp at him".
This image didn't come out of my mind.

Warning: it's slash

Please comment.

Some of you might remember that some time ago, while good ol' julietvalcouer was still writing that awesome Wooster-fic that is "On Her Undying Majesty's Secret Service" (that you can start reading here, or on FF.net, in case you haven't yet), I had bribed promised her as further encouragement that if she got it done, I'd draw fanart of it.

And now... DUN DUN DUN DUUUUUN... fanart has been drawn.

Lords and ladies... On Her Undying Majesty's Secret Service: the Official Promo Poster! :D

Who's been following me on my twitter probably feared something like this was coming, but oh well, here it is.

A homage to both Girl Genius and the Bond movies: Ardsley Wooster, at Her Undying Majesty's Secret Service! :D

Hi guys! *waves hand*

DasteRoad here, long time lurker in this community, amateur writer and artist. I noticed these days that there's a serious lack of Girl Genius fanart on the web, and this simply will not do. To start working on the problem, I decided to make some, and for anybody who's curious, the results can be found on my deviantART at the following links.

- Agatha sees me and my original characters, and deduces that I'm overcompensating for something

- Gil and Tarvek showing off and being dorks (AKA business as usual)

- Agatha gets 2 smooches for Valentine's day

All of this should be fairly safe for work, although one could argue that Agatha's cleavage or the boys being shirtless might be considered weapons of mass destruction in their own right.

Hope you all enjoy, or at least that my silly cartoons make you smile! I certainly aim to draw more GG fanart in the future, and I'll also post a couple of ficlets I wrote as soon as I get around to translate them (I'm an Italian lady).

Stuck for fic ideas, so here's a drawing. Hopefully 'twill encourage others to do more Jager-related works. Ain't they cute?

EDIT: I'd also like to ask any other fans of da boyz for song suggestions for a fanmix I'm making. Thoughts?

I've just been inspired, and thought that I might share. There may be more in the future.
