That's my list. The one's with the stars are the ones I have a good idea of what labs/programs I'd like to apply to, and am therefore the most sure about them staying on the list, while the others, I'm slightly less sure of at this point.

Of Grammatology - Derrida Anti-Odepius - Deluze and Guatteri Dhalgren - Delany (+ whatever other Delany fiction I seem in the mood for) Maybe the Moon - Maupin Canticle for Lebowitz - *shrug* Yarn Harlot - Perl-McPhee Drag King Dreams - Finberg Birth of the Clinic (OR) Maddness and Civilization - Foucault
Articles out my ass...
Lets add a new dimension to this particular list making spree: Summer Writing Projects
1. Revise "Queer as Folk" (my paper from lisa's class) 2. Draft Statement of purpose. 3. Work on a fiction project. (perpetually on this list) 4. Work on something that could pass for a psychology writing sample. |

So here's my application list as it stands now, broken into helpful categories:
Schools We're all applying to and I'm really interested in:
- Toronto
- Michigan Ann-Arbor
- Northwestern
- University of Chicgao (masters and Ph.D in comp human development)
- Wash U (oy)
- UC Davis
- Penn State (oy)
- Vanderbuilt
Geographical Areas which weren't posted in smurry's last post but I think should appear as part of the search:
- Boston/Worchester, MA
- Phillidelphia
- Baltimore/Maryland College Park
Iowa, thus far, is the only school that I totally can't apply to. There's really not much there in terms of interesting people. In fairness, there's not a lot at Rochester either but it probably is as good a fit as Vanderbult, and they both don't have an application fee. And I'm only a little sad that the Durham/Chapel Hill got nixed, cause they have cool programs, Duke at least, might stay on my list.
I need to look more into Madison, because it's been a while...
Other schools that I'm looking at that I think are swell, clark at least is a fixture.
- Maryland-College Park
- Temple
- Clark

Welcome to this new community, wherein the members of Commune 1736 obsess about and subsequently apply to graduate school. It will be a long, obnoxious, and arduous process. Join us or perish alone.
Anything even remotely graduate school-related is encouraged. Whining, fretting, and outright bitching are particularly appropriate.
