..wow, I can't believe how fast Christmas time has come and gone! We have had a blast! Caleb was so fun this Christmas! He loved everything about it. We have done many activities which including playing in the snow with cousins, shopping, temple square and of course the Christmas eve party. We hope everyone out there had a great Christmas and remembered the true meaning of Christmas.

I love this time of year! I am so excited for Christmas. Caleb will be so fun this year. My parents come this week and I can't wait!

Thanksgiving and more...

Turkey Bowl 08

Our #1 fan fell asleep!

Wow, I am getting really be hide here. Maybe it's because it's a busy time of year. I don't know. Well we had a great Thanksgiving. We woke up and played in the Turkey bowl of course, and yes mine and Marcus' team won! The score was like 5-15 or something like that. Then we went to The Noftle's for a delicious dinner. We went home that night and packed for the weekend. Marcus' mom and dad reserved a cabin for the whole family, it was a great weekend.

Ball

Caleb absolutely loves basketballs. The first thing he says in the morning for about 10 minutes is "ball." I love being a mom to this sweet guy. I was driving yesterday, and he was being so good. I looked behind me to see if he was asleep or something and there he was, his big blue eyes sparkling and a little smile just smiling at me. It was the cutest thing! It made me realize how much I love that kid. (not that sometimes I wonder if I love him!! My love just grows more and more every day).

It is so weird to think that this was Caleb's 2nd Halloween. It makes him seem so old. He had a blast trick or treating. Although it was raining, Caleb still liked to knock on the door and hold his bucket himself. It was the cutest thing. He went with his cousins Billy and Mya. After Billy would knock and ring the door bell, Caleb would too!

I was only letting him hold the knife for the picture. He wish is could have done it all alone.

The other night for family night we carved our pumpkins. Caleb thought it was so fun. I think he was confused about the pumpkin guts. He kept wanting to put his hands in and clean it out. It was fun to watch.

Last night was our ward trunk or treat. We had hot dogs and home made root beer. Then all the kids went around to the cars and got candy. Caleb was in heaven. He would get a piece of candy then grab it out of his bucket and want to eat that piece right then. He also loved just being able to walk in the street without us bothering him.

Caleb loves to be outside. He will be playing with a toy minding his own business, then he will hear the door unlock and he is up and at the door in a second. It is so funny. The pictures above are of Caleb on the front porch then when I brought him in he was sad and went to hide under the chairs and table. Little stinker!!

Eating at The Pie

Last night for family night (since on Mondays we play co-ed softball), we went to a pumpkin patch. It was so fun!! It is going to be a yearly tradition for our family. I loved the place we went. It was someones backyard practically! I mean we parked in the driveway! It was all set up so cute. You could pick from pumpkins that were already picked or take a wagon and go in the field and pick your own, so of course we went to the field. Caleb loved being in the wagon. He thought it was so fun to hold his very own pumpkin! Afterwards, we went to The Pie for some dinner. What a blast! We loved every minute of it!!!!!!!
