My brother-in-laws--yes all 3 of them--- taught the kids how to toilet paper my house! I had originally planned to split the kids into teams and have them wrap each other as mummys and have a racel But as you can tell that is not exactly what happened! They did clean up though.

We had a Halloween Party today at lunch for Caroline & Emerson's friends- we will have another one on Saturday for Sam's friends. SO FUN! We decorated pumpkins, iced cookies with sprinkles and they played and played! We love all of our little friends! This is my group of girlfriends I have dinner with once a month for girls night out! We look forward to the third Tuesday every month!

Camping weekend

As you can see, Sam had a WONDERFUL time at boyscout camp. He thought it was awesome that it was only "the boys" and the girls had to stay home. He also did a really cool metal thingy- that they poured melted metal into a mold. He hasn't stopped talking about his weekend!

I found the glitter and paper mache pumpkins at Michaels- they carry the Martha Stewart line. So fun and not too messy. Emerson LOVED doing these! And Emerson decorated her own pumpkin

Boyscout camp

Kirt sent me this picture from his phone this morning. They are camping for a father and son boyscout weekend. I will post more pictures when they get home- hopefully Kirt will take a few since I sent my camera!

Our first fall festival of the season

The girls and I went to a fall festival tonight at the dance studio where Emerson takes dance. I had Emerson dressed in her Princess Barbie Halloween costume and I put Caroline in her UT cheerleader outfit because I didn't want her costume to get messed up (we have a lot of Halloween festivities to make it to next week). Needless to say Emerson took her costume off immediately and headed to the closet to find HER cheerleader outfit. It looked like a tornado watching her dig thru her closet! I guess this is just a preview of her teenage years when she changes her mind a million times! But they looked adorable! And I LOVE the huge bow!

Our Boat

Sam had to make a boat for school.   I thought it turned out really well.  He can hardly wait to bring it to school.   I had to put it on the fridge just to keep little hand off of it!   I think Mommy had more fun doing it than Sam!

Six Flags Fun

Kirt's company had a picnic at Six Flags on Saturday.   We got there after a soccer game & nap time just in time for the rain to pass over!   The kids had a blast.  What a good way to start off Kirt's birthday weekend!

Sweet girl never keeps her shoes on!   I promise she does own shoes!   She immediatley takes off her shoes and hair bow!   I usually have to redress her before I get her out of the car!   I'm not sure why I even bother doing it at home!
