The snow is finally starting to melt. Go away winter. We just want to play outside! Gabe loves taking his Jeep outside to ride around in.

I'm trying to do more special one on one time with each kid. It's hard. Probably the hardest thing about being a mommy to 3 (almost 4) kids. I feel like I never get to do things with just them. So this month I took just Lily to the library to read books to a dog. She was shy at first but then warmed up quickly and read all her books. They didn't believe she was a kindergartner (based on her reading- of course based on her height you would think preschool-kindergarten age :) ) 

Countdown to Disney World. Kinda a short notice trip but I'm happy to say that TOMORROW is the day we will go to Disney World.
Note: I pinned this printable from pinterest and it's missing the number 11. It was very sad when it had to rest on number 12 for two days before finally going to number 10 :)

Gabe's special one-on-one time was getting a Frosty with me while the girls were in school. Just wipe his face afterwards and all evidence is gone so the girls won't know :)

Hello, Spring Break!!!

Grace's special thing was making these Ninja Turtles. I found these cute Ninja Turtles online that you paint, cut out and glue together. She painted them all and I cut them for her (she asked me to do that for her even though she is great with scissors) and then instead of gluing the arms and legs on, I used those brass thingys so they are movable.
I love my little Ninja Turtle girl! Grace was thrilled that she was doing an art project that her siblings were not doing.

We didn't officially find out what we are having. I had the technician write it down and I'll open it later when I'm ready. I'm in no rush :)

School Days {Lily}

Lily celebrated her 100th Day of Kindergarten last month! She brought in a bag full of 100 foam ABC's and decorated this shirt with me at home to wear to school to celebrate the big 100 days of school. I was lucky to be helping out in her classroom on the 100th Day of School! 

Lily also went to her first Daddy-Daughter Dance last month as well. She looked adorable (and daddy looked pretty good himself too!). I hear they had a lot of fun dancing, getting their picture taken in the photo booth and having a yummy treat of popcorn and a snow cone! I love these pictures of the two of them together before the dance! (Seriously though, wasn't it just yesterday that Marty and I were going to Homecoming and Prom together and now he's taking our little girl to her first school dance. Time is going by way too fast. I'll stop typing now. Otherwise I will start crying!) 

Last week it was "Dress like your favorite story book character" day at school and Lily went as one of her favorite characters: Pinkalicious! It worked out good that we found a crown at home from one of their princess games and we had the pink cupcake in our little play kitchen already. We did have buy some new pink wings since ours were turned into tooth fairy wings for Halloween last year. Of course, Lily already had pink clothes since it's still her favorite color :)

This reminds me that I never posted pictures on the blog of these two!

Marty texted me during the father-daughter dance saying that Lily was enjoying a snow cone. What did I do? I then made Miss Grace one too! Then we played Candyland and watched a Barbie movie :) 

Lily had "World Thinking Day" with her Girl Scouts. They were representing the country Ireland. We've had this bow for 4 years now. 

We went to ACE Hardware to pick up paint for Gabe's dresser. It took forever. Forever. Like an hour. I ended up buying Girl Scout cookies to keep these two busy. We had boxes full of cookies at our house but the first Girl Scout cookies we ate this year were from a cookie booth at ACE Hardware.
