Daddy's at School.

 I say this A LOT lately!  Sienna is talking more and more and is often wondering where that silly dad of hers is during the day.  Nick has been working so hard since he entered his program for Respiratory Therapy  and I literally could not be more proud of him.  I can't believe that come April he will be graduating! He has been so dedicated and has made a lot of sacrifices to guarantee his success.  He has even been put on the Dean's list for his great grades!  Luckily, he has also had the opportunity to make some good friends, participate in some community programs and overall enjoy what he is doing.  Here are some pictures of him at school...

He spends half of his time at school now and half at clinicals.  His favorite clinical site so far has been working at Sutter and hopes to have the chance to go back either through clinicals or with a job after he passes his tests.  I'm so grateful that he has found something that he loves to do.  The only downside is that he has turned into quite the smartypants. :)

Take Two

Our days have been pretty routine around here lately but Sienna and I have gone on some play dates.  A couple of weeks ago we hit up Fairytale town for the second time this summer with our friends Kathryn and Jocelyn.  The girls had a great time until Sienna fell and then the drama queen in her took over and she was pretty much done for the day.  Luckily, we were almost done so we got some lunch and then headed home for a much needed nap time.

We also went to the park closest to our house with our play group on Wednesday and had a great time with everyone!  Sienna is getting so big and likes to go down slides all by herself and still loves the swings.  We will definitely be taking more trips to the park now that the weather should be cooling down a little.

Fairytale Town

Our last play date for the summer was at Fairytale town!  Sienna and I had a great time hanging out with our friends and shes at a good age for everything there.  She can climb up the slides but is a little hesitant to go down by herself, so besides going down slides together she pretty much rocked that place.

The crooked mile was her favorite that day!  I'm excited that we decided to continue the play dates through the fall and winter.  It's been so fun meeting this women and seeing Sienna play with her friends.
