Christmas Part 1

I hope that everyone had a Very Merry Christmas I know I did well it has been Half of our Christmas we will have the other half when my Brother, Sister In Law and the boys get back from Washington. It will Be on New Years Day. Im so excited to see them I have missed them so much. Well I hope you enjoy Christmas Part 1

We had our Christmas at 730 instead of like 6 because my Dad was out Plowing snow all Night.Chet is getting ready to open his presents from my family and Santa.

Chet made me take this picutre on the way to Nephi because he loves that it was all stormy everywhere but in as he Calles Juab GODS COUNTRY the sun was shining through the clouds.

2nd Annual Tree Hunt!!

Ok now finally I am here with some more pictures of the christmas tree adventure. We headed up Log and found our trees. The first one we cute is the one we got for my parents and we are going to put it up tomorrow yay. Its Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas. Im way excited. Chets cousin Pat came with us so we could have another eye for trees. And may I tell you Pat has quite the eye. And it was nice to have more than chet telling me that the trees in the wild arent perfect because they didnt grow up on a farm where they were pampered from the time they were put in the ground so it made me less picky but I think we came out with perfect trees. I Tell ya its a lot more fun going out and cutting down your own trees. Im lovin it.

Now is the time to venture on up the road to find Chets tree. We actually let my parents choose which tree they wanted for our house.

As we were riding down the canyon Pat stopped and started walking up a little valley in the canyon to where he found a tree so chet headed up behind him.

I thought it was too skinny at the top but i wasnt thinkin it looks bigger when you get it in the house. If ya didnt hear about the 15 foot tree I got last year with like a ten foot wingspan on the bottom ya It looked the perfect size on the mountain.

Chet thought that the tree was perfect.

So they cut it down.

And it was perfect so we all got a picture with the tree pat of course wanted to hide behind the tree. So I didnt know until I looked at the camera.

Then it was time to load up and head back to the truck.

So we unloaded the trees and loaded them into the trailer on the four wheelers and Headed home. we dropped off my parents tree we let them choose.

When we got back to chets house Chet cut the tree so that it would fit in the house and we put it up. Now as you go to the next post down you will see the tree finished. I will get some better pictures with an actual camera instead of my phone since my camera is sick when we put up my parents tree.

MY ADVENTUROUS WEEK IN A GLANCE!!!

Ok so i would have more pictures up but here is a start. So here is my week: Sad thing is my camera well it is sick and needs to go see the camera doctor. Same thing happened to it oh about a year and a half ago. The On/Off button well its stuck down. They told me it was the spring:( sad story. And I left the attatchment to my memory card to put in the computer in chets truck so now I will have to wait til tomorrow to finish putting up the christmas tree pictures so I took pictures of the finished product of the tree with my phone. I will get better ones when I get a camera. Another battle is a stinkin cold Ive had it for a week and I started my new job Which I love i work at a day care. What a way to start a new job is with a cold right. But it actually went really well. My cousin Jeff came home from his mission on friday WELCOME HOME JEFF!!! Today my mom and dad went to my cousin RaeAnn's Baby blessing which sadly I wasnt able to go I didnt want to chance getting the new baby sick or any of the other babies sick so I stayed home. And tonight Chet his cousin Pat and I went and got the trees for me and my family and Chets tree. It was so much fun I will put all those pictures up when I get the right attatchment for the computer.

I hope everyone had a FABULOUS THANKSGING. Now the countdown begins for christmas. Im pretty sure I still need to blog but I just kinda am scared everytime I see the pictures of me on Halloween. So I will update soon. Love you all and Hope you had a wonderful thanksgiving.

Halloween and the Deer Hunt

Ok so its been a while again and so after Vegas The morning after we got back at 1230am Well I got up at five to go deer hunting. Though we didnt see NOT even a single Buck we had so much fun. Seven days Me Chet his dad and brothers. Ya it was really a blast. I loved it. Then there was Halloween as I sat and tried to figure out what to be I finally came up with a decision. An Ole Cowboy Sherriff who forgot his pants.

As you can see the red ya that is my long johns and there are two black buttons that resemble the buttons to the flap. sadly these pants only lasted a couple hours because my chaps wouldnt stay up so I went and put on my wranglers.

Here is the front view. Thanks to chets dad for the chaps and hat and chet for the shirt. Some of the residents at the care center kept wonderin who the man was at work. HAHA it was so much fun the mustache was a bit itchy I wonder how in the world men deal with them. You cant even drink from a cup without it getting in there I used a straw all day.

When I got off of work at six I hurried to chets to freshen up and I headed up to provo to go see the movie The Women with Chets Brothers Girlfriend and her Roomates the movie wasnt what we were originally was going to see which was The Sisterhood of The Traveling Pants 2 which actually had ended at the theater the night before so we saw this one which was quite interesting. If your a girl you oughta see it. Then we went to eat at Burger Supreme Then after that we were going to go to a dance thing that ended up costing and so we didnt go then we just went all over provo havin fun. Thanks Molly.

EMS EXPO 2008 In Las Vegas!!

It has been a long time since i have posted because i have been working on this post for a while and now I got it done. So my mom and I went to Las Vegas for EMT Conference Which is so much fun we did it two years ago as well. And here are some pictures of our trip.

Here are our Pictures with the ZOLL MEDICAL St Bernard. I did mine twice because the first day I was wearing a Green Shirt So I got one the second day with the other dog.

The Dogs were so fun but they slobber a lot. I still want one though.

I love this pictuer for the fact that when I saw it I laughed because dDonny is my Friend Sheilas uncle and I sent this picture to her and said look im kissing your uncle She got quite a kick out of it and told me it was gross haha me and Sheila have too much fun.





Sitting in class is Carol Haskins. We all went to alot of our classes together. Three days Classes from like 8 or 9 to 4 Made a lot of long classes. But they were so much fun and I learned a lot.

The first night we were there we went down on the strip and went to Margaritaville and there is a show were a girl comes out of a volcano and stirs the HUGE margarita then she swings on a big hook.

On our second day we had a party that the PHILLIPS Company put on for us which was held at the HARD ROCK CAFE!

They had an open bar and lotsa yummy food. I tell ya I drank a lot of coke. That was free too. but the food was so fabulous and the party was so much fun. Me and a lady from our crew went up and started everyone dancing and it went on for hours it was so fun.

Im thinking that these are the guys that my mom and carol went and sat by because standing was becoming kinda tiring.

Mom and Her long time Friend Ken Bouvier. He is a big name in the EMS Industry. He was the President of all but this is his first year not being the President. He is a funny man from New Orleans.

I dont even know what was going on here. But we are in the lobby of the Hard Rock Hotel.

THE THIRD DAY WAS THE PARTY WITH THE ENTIRE GROUP AT THE HILTON. IT WAS PUT ON BY BOUND TREE MEDICAL.

THERE WAS A GAZEBO BY THE POOL AREA THAT A COUPLE COUPLES THOUGHT IT WOULD BE FUN TO PRETEND TO GET MARRIED AGAIN BUT IN VEGAS :)

THE FREEMONT STREET EXPERIENCE


After the Bound tree party all 9 of us climbed into Casey and Kris's truck and headed to freemont street. It was like riding in a clown car.

The bye bye miss american pie song was sang for the first light show on the hugh led screen it was so fun and the second was a tribute to Queen.

The Dodge guys at the Conference was pretty awesome. I was ready to take this truck home even though it didnt have a bed on it. We made friends with a lot of the booth guys down at the conference.

The last day of conference after our classes my mom and I before headed home just had to go to the other end of the strip and go see a few more things..

THE MONORAIL

The monorail was our total means for transportation it is actually fun you get to observe quite the people. We got on this train and were the only ones for the few min then some crazy drunks got on that were interesting to listen too.

The lions at the MGM GRAND were way fun to watch. I quite Enjoyed them it was feeding time when we got there and One of the lions got thirsty so he came over to the waterfall by where we were standing.

I have yet to go there to see the fun shows but I will one day I saw it from the MGM as we were leaving.

M&M WORLD

Second to Last stop.

We couldn't go to vegas without visiting the m&m store. And this time around the fun stuff to see was open we even got to go through the process of becoming an m&m it was so much fun. Even though we were so exhausted and really wanted to get home we still went out and explored what we didnt get to. THANKS MOM!

36 Different colors of M&Ms oh what fun it is to see the different colors. I wanted to get some fun colors until I saw the Price per Pound at 12 dollars a pound i figured a picture would be so much better.

I love this picture we were being turned in the barrel getting coated with our color for the hard shell coating of the m&m.

COCA COLA STORE

OUR LAST STOP WAS THE COCA COLA STORE AND ON OUR WAY OUT WE SAW THE BEAR AND COULDNT RESIST ISNT HE SO CUTE. THEN AFTER A LOT OF WALKING TO THE NEXT MONORAIL STATION WE FINALLY MADE IT HOME AT 1230 IN THE NIGHT. It was so much fun. But nice to come home.
