Birthday Weekend

So whoever said your birthdays were only one day. Not the Edstrom's. Brian and I went to the big SLC for the weekend and we had a blast. Had an interesting ride down there, but went to the temple straight off. Which was well needed and I believe what made the rest of the weekend go so smooth. After that headed to a Bee's game opening night of the season over 15,000 people there, extra innings and one super large hot dog. Who could ask for more. Stayed at the Hilton slept in which was better than I rememberd it. Haha On the way home we went to Lagoon, and it was perfect not too hot not too cold and NO LINES. WoW! Definately might have to make the April visit again. So needless to say we enjoyed it all, thanks mom and dad for watching our angels. Knowing the kids are in good hands makes the weekend away so nice.

Took the kids to the park, it was an awesome day the first for a long time. So we all enjoyed it the boys played some B-Ball. Jada was riding her bike playing on the swings and playground and as for me I was enjoying it all. Who knows how long it will stay, right it is Idaho.




Delbert and Linda took us to Lunch for Brian's big day. Super good food, definately going to be craving it again soon. Thanks again D& L for my husband wouldn't know what to do without him.

Breakfast Request was sasauge with biquits and gravy. Jada was so excited for Brian to open his presents you would have thought it was her birthday.

Happy Birthday Babe, how fun it is to celebrate life with you. Crazy to think that this was the ninth birthday we've celebrated together. Starting to sound old when you say stuff like that huh.... Well I love you and I am so glad that I have you. Hope you had one terrific birthday to bring in the many more to come. Everything gets better with age, Right so it only gets better from here.

Sleep Over With The girls

It was a fun fun night partying with the girls. We had a dollar store adventure where they picked out straw glasses and tiki glasses. Then we watched the chipmunks and crashed hard that night. What fun cousins Jada has, we would kidnap them anytime.

Slumber Party

Making the most of our nights while Dad is away. Thanks to granny and grandpa Edstrom for the slumber party packs they gave the kids for easter. We used those and our air matress to make a big bed popped popcorn and watched princess and the frog. Brand'n thought he was pretty big stuff in his toy story sleeping bag and matching pajama's. He wasn't too much into the movie, but the popcorn was more his style. He didn't last long though so soon it was mom and my little princess. We had so much that we didn't take the slumber party bed down for days.

Beauty Shop Day!!

Granny Lindas beauty shop day. Granny took Jada to the beauty shop, she gets her hair and nails done. There is no doubt this scene is in her heart, because she LOVES it, but what girl doesn't. Brian says that he is afraid Linda might be making his daughter high maitenance. No way she just loves being pamperd now and then. She still likes mud and can not part with those cowgirl boots.

Brand'n and Daxx, what a fun little pair. We were so excited we got to watch Daxx while Heidi went to the doctor for, soon to be "Dela". They were so much fun, love driving the cars car, and hey who said it wasn't a double seater. They had fun and we had a ball playing. No doubt this pair will be "Double Trouble", so we will take these innocent faces as long as we can. Love you both.

Living Planet Aquarium

Living Planet Aquaium, Sandy Utah

This Aquarium was so much fun, I'm not sure who had more fun me or Jada. She was running around screaming with excitment "look look". They had star fish, sea horses, sharks, an octopus anything you could think of they had it. Jada's favorite was the sharks, she had to get a little one from the gift shop. Brand'n loved it all, pretty easy to please. My favorite was the sting rays you could touch them and the whole bit. Brian well not sure he was feeling a bit under the weather after a long week, but it was way fun not a bit disapointing.

Clean-Up-Crew

Brand'n was not sure why all eye's were on him, but it didn't take him long to figure it out. funny thing was he didn't want to eat any of it just destroy it. O'wells it's his party so he gets to do what he wants to do.

It's My Party

Getting ready for the p-a-r-t-y. We reserved our stake center and it was perfect. We played basketball and Brand'n either had a ball in his hands the whole time or was going after one. What can I say it's in his genes, can't fight it.

Lunch with Daddy, I love this picture it makes me laugh. They are both making the same face I'm not sure if this look means the pizza was good or not. Like father like son, but one things forsure what a good looking pair.

Starting off the day, we filled Brand'ns room with balloons and two giant balls a basket ball and baseball. There was also a jumping zebra and he loved it, chasing the balls and balloons all over his room. He spent most of the moring playing in there, and Jada was right by his side. He is her, "BEST BUDDY" as she calls him.

Our little cowgirl. All Jada wanted for her birthday was a horsey party, so a horsey party is what she got. On the actual day Brian was working in Darby, Montana so we were in Darby on the eighteenth. It was a good time, filled the camper with balloons had a little birthday cake and Jada with her new guns shot up the whole town. Clamity Jane has nothing on "Jada Pearl". Then after Brian got off of work we headed to Missoula where we rode one of the fastest Merry Go Rounds in the Nation, that was no joke either I thought I was going to be sick. Played on the dragon tower and went swimming at Missoula's Aquatic center. We all had alot of fun, then we went to Jakers for dinner and the waitress had her friend come sing Jada a really sweet birthday song just for her. Needless to say by the time we got back to the camper Jada was plum beat.
