One more Christmas picture!! (for Hillary)

Ok, Hillary commented on my Christmas post of wanting to see my sick green vacume. Here is just some of the ugly green things I love. Liv is holding one of the pots to my Rachel Ray set, Jackson has my kitchen utensils and towel set. They stand by the beauty. She has yet to be named. Anyways this was the best picture out of them all even though Jackson was itching his head and making Livi laugh!

Merry Christmas & Happy pictures!

Where to start....well Mom and Dad do a big Christmas Eve dinner every year. We dont do anything big on Christmas as far as meals, it is all the night before. So Rich and I decided when we had kids we would always be home on Christmas morning. It makes for a long night! So we decided to head down on the 23rd. Page thought Rich was working, and that we wouldnt be coming so it was extra fun to surprise the siblings. We has a beautiful dinner with family and friends.

Page is much more beautiful while upright but I am not so great at fixing this once it has been done, so...whatever! Look at how pretty and not-fat she is. Due in 8 or 9 weeks I think she looks AWESOME!!!
Cute-see toot-see Kaitlyn was is the front room for much of the night trying to wrangle sweet little Grace.
It was just so fun to catch up with family we havent seen for a while and relax, the hard part would be the rest of the night!!!!
T and Amanda and their small horse (Great dane) Duke were awesome enough to watch the kids upstairs. Amanda can keep those kids busy for hours we love her LOTS! T pretends to help by playing the Wii.
So on the road we went. We got home at about 10 and had to start the night. We were exausted but all 3 kids were asleep so it was easy to transfer to beds and get cracking.
The Benadril worked like a charm and Jackson and Liv didnt wake up till 8! Judge if you will, but I bet all of you have tried it..(cough cough, Jas) Killi wasent so thrilled so this is what she did on the floor while the festivities started. No, I didnt drug the baby......wanted to, but didnt.
They checked out their Santa loot first. Why is Jackson stripped and Livi in a dress you ask? Jackson undressed when we got home while half asleep but Olivia is NOT a deep sleeper. So I tossed her into bed in the clothes she was wearing. I am a dork, I dont care.
Sweet boogie nose Killi was getting over a cold, but she still enjoyed eating the wrapping paper.
Where's Waldo?
One of Jackson favorite gifts is his go fish cards. Hours!!! Holy crap hours of this game, I could never play for the rest of my life and be happy.
Livi loved her hopscotch set, among all the other girl-y stuff. Rich was on day 5 of a nasty cold so this is what he looked like all day. Ny-Quil, Apple cider, sleep, repeat. Rich loved his new Ipod and I got what I wanted as well. Dont make fun.....I love this kind of stuff. If you dont know I love "kermit" green. Well I have been begging Santa for a new vacume....and I got the sick lime-ish green VACUME!!! I am so happy. I also got lime green dish towels, and same colored utencils. They match perfectly to my Lime green Racheal Ray pots and pans...again, I am a dork. Hope you all had a great Christmas. Hope all your families are well. I will quote Olivia "Happy Birthday Jesus!"

Happy Birthday Killian!!!!

We had Killian's birthday party a day early so that family could come. She was of course taking a nap for most of her party so by the time she woke up it was time for cake. Nothing like a lot of sugar before lunch!
She started out very lady like, and even used her spoon.......but not for long!!! This girl is like her mom and loves the chocolate!!
Even with food in her face, nose and hair she was still adorable!!! I cant believe she is 1 !!
My mom got these jackets for the girls, and had them altered just perfect! Killi was not allowed to wear her's for the picture. She loves her cousins!!
Well she looked so pretty in her birthday dress, you will have to take my word for it! I was so busy feeding the masses that I didnt get any pre-cake pictures. So when I get them from Mom and Page I will get them on.....Stay tuned. When we woke up today (her actual b-day) she was sick as a dog. Good thing she is to little to know today is the day. HAPPY BIRTHDAY KILLIAN!

The Unspectacular Quirks Tag

Ok Leslie started this tag so here we go. Here are 6 lame things that probably are not very interesting about me.

1-Like many in my family I have severe OCD. Ok it is not that bad but here we go. I have a OCD thing with even numbers. I have to eat even number of things. If someone gives me some candy I have to count it. If it's odd then I either give one back or take another. While walking on the sidewalk I have to walk an even number of steps in between the lines on the cement. Even when I take a drink I have to take an even number of gulps. Brushing my hair, same thing. It gets worse but we will leave it at that.

2-While in a turning lane if there is a car in front of me, for some reason I dont turn on my blinker until mid-turn. If I am at the front this does not apply.

3- My rediculous use of the phone. On it all the time. I talk to my sisters at least 3 times a day. Usually more. I call Page every night to say good night. Make fun if you will, I have tried to stop but I do it anyways.

4-My fettish for the ugly. No matter what it is. Purses, the uglier the better. If it has sick patterns or hiddious patterns, I have to have it. I have a diaper bag that is the most awesome and ugly retro pattern ever. (My friend Torrie who made it knows my love for ugly) I even found a set of pots and pans online that are the nastiest green color ever!

5-My chocolate Addiction. I can out eat anyone with the brown stuff. It got so bad that I actually set a New Years resolution to not eat or drink it for a year. To everyones shock and amazement I did it. But I tell you on December 31 as soon as the clock struck 12 to be Jan 1st let it be known I had a huge piece of chocolate in my hand.

6-Shamefully I can recite every word of every episode of "Friends". I am a TV junkie. I have a knack for remembering everything I hear. I can tell you anything (or recite) about Friends, Scrubs, Everybody loves Raymaond, Jon and Kate plus 8, and here is the best one ever....Little house on the prarie (did I spell prarie right?) I even one those:)

Our First Adventure

Oh my gosh we had so much fun yesterday! We decides to make family night on Tuesday and make it a day trip. My parents used to take us out of school and tell us we were going on an "Adventure". I think all of us looked forward to these. They took us to fun places like Virginia City Nv, The Donner Party Monument, and would also go to do smaller things like hikes and drive -in movies. So I decided my kids are at the age that they love a little adventure and to get out of the house to explore.
We went to Pine Valley Resevoir. It is at 6900 feet so it was a little chilly, but any chance the kids have to dig in dirt they are happy! We took a little hike. I was a bit worn out from the 20 lb weight attached to my hip. (Rich is the picture man)
Whenever your kids fight, look for times like this that reminds you they are best friends. It was too sweet! We were exploring because dad was becoming one with nature. (see photo below)
They had a little fishing dock where the kids would play around and in the water.

Rich is a very "nature-ish" guy. He loves the outdoors. He was trying to soak it all in, Killi wouldnt have that! He said he could have laid there for hours. Everyone else was getting restless after 20 minutes.
Mom (Tracy) would say he was as happy as a toad frog!
We found this little fort someone had made. Jackson was convinced that it belonged to someone who got lost in the woods and needed protection from animals.
She's just cute, I'll keep her!
