RAW food - I AM UNCERTAIN

We ate dinner last night at the Gratitude Cafe It was a great new experience, really interesting. The entire menu was raw and vegan. No dairy or gluten. Check out the menu if interest. The food looked "real" it and the textures were close the the real thing. Sour cream made out of nuts? I ordered:
I AM ELATED
Our original live soft vegetables tortilla w/ today’s sprouted seed filling,
topped with spicy salsa verde & cashew sour cream. Served w/ Mexican
spiced coleslaw & your choice of steamed quinoa or Bhutanese red rice
I AM REFRESHED
Fresh lemon juice, agave & sparkling water on ice with a basil leaf
I AM DEVOTED
Rich coconut cream pie in a coconut-date crust

Challenging Day
Andrew insisted that we stay off the easy runs today. This is a view from Alta's Supreme area. Great day!

Decorating has begun
We started the holiday decorating. These are some SU décor elements
that a fabulous designer friend created. They look great from the
outside at night. I'll try and capture a photo of them later.

2nd day of skiing

Andrew and Chris spent the day skiing again. Andrew found a jump on Sugarloaf and made Chris take that same run 8 times so he could master it.
