@NIKHILLJHA @themahavir Someone has a mediclaim policy with niva bupa, now that person had to undergo some surgery for which the person took claim through the corporate policy. Now does that person have to intimate his person policy niva bupa about the surgery

@Niva_Bupa @irdaindia @irdainsurance Niva Bupa has a paid number for support 1860-500-8888 but for sales they have toll free number. How can irda allow such a thing so that poor customers suffer but for sales they should get leads. Poor support
