Insight Research Ireland Centre for Data Analytics was established in 2013 by Science Foundation Ireland (now Taighde Ãireann/Research Ireland) with funding of âŽ75 million. Researchers from all across the country came together under Insight in an unprecedented step towards a more collaborative approach to Irish research. Insight researchers and their teams are based in Insightâs host and partner institutions.

The primary role of the Governance Committee is to provide oversight of the activities and progress of the Centre, ensuring the Centre is operating in line with expectations and best practice in all aspects.

The Industry Advisory Committee (IAC) is composed of representatives of Insightâs industry partners involved in projects with Insight, and also leading industry experts in the field of data analytics.
