Feature Request: Built-in webhook support

CF7 is somewhat limited in its built-in integrations. One possible solution is to add webhook support – then it can be used with tools like Zapier (or custom endpoint) to integrate with a lot more apps.

I realize it is possible to do this using another plugin but I would like to keep the number of plugins on my site down to a minimum of possible.

Plus this feature would add a lot of flexibility to CF7.
