    Hello,

    I have a question about how BOGO offers work.
    I am currently offering product A for €60 (min).
    If my cart total rises to €80 and product A was in cart A, it drops to €0.
    In my case, I would prefer to add a second product rather than dropping the first one to €0.
    Is that possible?

    Thanks for reaching out! Since you’re using Advanced Coupons Premium, you have full access to all the BOGO (Buy One Get One) deal types.

    From what you described, it sounds like your current setup is configured to discount the same product (Product A) when the cart reaches €80. If you’d prefer to add a second product instead of discounting the first one to €0, you can do that by setting the BOGO deal type to “Buy X Get Y” and selecting a different product for the “Get” section.

    Also, it looks like you already have an open support ticket with our team regarding this. Our support agents are currently looking into it and will follow up with you directly there for more specific guidance on your setup.
