Activist collective based in the neighborhood of MalasaÃąa, in Madrid’s Central District since July 2007. In 8 years they’ve squatted three different buildings, carried a huge variety of activities and hosted a number of collectives related to activism, youth, health, politics, housing, culture, environment, etc. Its first location was at an abandoned school in Acuerdo, 8. After being evicted, the collective moved to Pez, 21, a traditional construction which was bought by a building company for housing purposes. They held an order for clearing out that building since the ending of 2014. In June 11th 2015, the collective was finally evicted. That same afternoon, together with a march of few hundreds, they occupied an underused building in Divino Pastor, 9.
On August 4th 2015, this las headquarters from Patio Maravillas were finally evicted by the National Police.
Since 2014 and during 2015 the collective seeks for dialog with the municipality for an agreement of cession of one of the many public infrastructures in the neighborhood that are underused.

Colectivo activo en el barrio de MalasaÃąa (distrito centro) de Madrid desde el 1 de julio de 2007. En 8 aÃąos han ocupado tres sedes diferentes: La primera, en c/ Acuerdo, 8 (un colegio abandonado). Tras el desalojo de este edificio, a partir de 2009 ocuparon un edificio de titularidad privada en c/ Pez, 21. Desde finales de 2014 pendÃa una orden de desalojo del edificio, adquirido por una constructora para viviendas. El 11 de junio de 2015 fue desalojado este edificio. Esa misma tarde, una concentraciÃģn de varios cientos de personas marchÃģ por el barrio y terminÃģ con la ocupaciÃģn del edificio situado en c/ Divino Pastor, 9.
El 4 de agosto de 2015, la Última sede del Patio Maravillas fue desalojada nuevamente por la PolicÃa Nacional.
Desde 2014 y durante 2015, tras el cambio de gobierno en el Ayuntamiento de Madrid, el colectivo busca un diÃĄlogo con la administraciÃģn que culmine en la cesiÃģn de un lugar adecuado para las actividades del espacio.
