Our studio offers 14 weekly classes, ranging from beginner to advanced, along with choreography and stretch.
Classes are focused on achieving all the foundations you need to become a confident and beautiful pole dancer. With classes taught in both English and Portuguese, our studio promotes diversity and we regularly welcome pole dancers from across the world.
Our lessons have a duration of 1 hour and a maximum of 6 guests per class, ensuring each student has their own pole.

- Summer Jams (outdoor experience for students)
How do I prepare for my class?
- Remove all Jewelry. Avoid putting creams or moisturizers on the body before class. Aim to arrive 10 minutes before your session begins.
- Wear shorts & any top/sports top you feel comfortable in. Bare feet or socks â bare feet are best!
- The location of the studio is in Lagoa, on the left side of Millenium BCP, door nš59, 1st floor. Make sure to press the buzzer or just push the door as it is usually open.

STUDIO SCHEDULE
A minimum 6-hour cancellation policy applies to all classes.
Any class cancelled within 6 hours before its start cannot be refunded and will be considered lost.
All Class Packs have a validity of 1 month. Extensions or refunds will not be offered if the
 classes are not used within that time frame. Class packs are for individual use and cannot be shared.
